  I don't like that they put the veggies on the sandwich before they toast it. Heated up lettuce, tomato and mayo... No thank you. Y'all should toast the meat, cheese and bread first, then add veggies and dressing.

  #3905 I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for the last four years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered a Big John and asked for it to be toasted, which is how I always get it. The cashier, Destiny, told me it wouldn’t be a problem. After I waited for my sandwich, another employee came over and told me they couldn’t toast it because it’s against their policy. The frustrating part wasn’t the policy—it was being told “yes” at first and then “no” after I had already waited. If toasting isn’t allowed at this location, customers should be informed before the order is taken. I hope the staff can improve communication so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

  We went at 5:25pm today - sign lights were on but the doors were locked. Wild to be locked during peak dinner time with no sign indicating they’re closed.

  Seriously the worst. The most turtle slow people on the planet. Took me 22 minutes to get a sandwich and no one was on there.
