Stopped by the Amarillo location on Soncy this evening for our first visit to a Fazoli's. I have to say, the restaurant was very clean with a great atmosphere. The food was very good, hot, and well prepared. The prices were a little better than average for this day and age but after receiving our meal and seeing they offer unlimited bread sticks, I'd say the prices are pretty darn good. BUT, what made our visit amazing was the staff that were working. From the minute we walked in, the staff greated us, smiled and seemed genuinely happy not only to see us but just to be working there. The gentleman, Dillon, that took our order was so professional and at the same time seemed he was having so much fun running around, serving people, greeting people, and ensuring orders were called back to the kitchen, he NEVER SLOWED DOWN. There was no childish playing or obscene talking, just fun business. He was so helpful while we ordered and extremely nice, we were smiling before we even sat down. We watched as the entire team ran around cleaning, serving people and literally just staying busy, while all the time smiling at folks, thanking people for coming in, and just making the atmosphere feel great. When another young man brought our food out he was more courteous than a much more expensive sit down restaurant. Now I will say, we are the folks that pay attention to details as my wife is a manager at a restaurant, so we tend to notice how smooth and professional restaurants seem to run. This one was off the charts, with her commenting she wish she had that crew working for her. As we prepared to leave, I went up and told Dillan how amazing he and his team had been. About then, another young man walked out of the kitchen, and even he was friendly and smiling at the customers. All in all, the restaurant was a big win for us and we will be returning again. HUGE shout out to Dillan and the team working this night. We need more people who know how to hustle and still enjoy their job like this crew. A+
