- AAanon anonMay 4, 20261.0if you like to receive terrible customer service, argumentative "broistas", this location is the one to go too! not sure if shes a boy or girl; thats beside the point. every time i come he/she is extremely rude and short with me. today was the last straw for me. i went to pick up my order as i always do order ahead. my drink was made incorrectly they always line the cup w/ drizzle and this time they didnt, so i let the lady know who attended me. with NO problem she offered to remake it. GREAT. then this rude person decides to come to the window and starts going back n forth with me, tells me its not on my order to line the cup. i explained to her that they always line the cup, but regardless i selected EXTRA DRIZZLE so that they know to line the cup as well. she began to tell me it wasnt on my order so she showed me the screen, and i had to point it out, even after she/he looked DUMB, still want to argue! please just REMAKE my drink! is this back n forth really necesaary? she goes "well we can remake it im just letting you know bla bla" SO THEN JUST REMAKE IT! all this back n forth is not needed! he/she refused to give me their name. i hope this person recieves extra training because how she is constantly rude leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. dutch bros do better

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
