    I ordered on online mobile order so that I could pick it up on the way to work. The order was placed and the app showed it to be ready at 6:15. When I arrived at the pickup window the guy employee was making a large order for someone in the drive through. When he finished that order he came to the window at 6:23 and said he would make my order. I told him to cancel the order and credit my debit card because I didn’t have time to wait. I can’t be late to work. I will choose somewhere that can have my drink ready when they say they will. This was a huge disappointment.

    The guy working the morning shift (tall, with glasses) is atrocious. He holds up the line as he has FULL CONVERSATIONS with customers after giving them their drink and or food. He also cannot make a drink to save his life which sucks because for how much you charge, it should be good. It only tastes good when Macy makes it.
