  I’ve been coming to this location ever since my kids were little. They are in their early thirties now. I have always loved this place. Always had good food and great service. The service is still good but not so much the food anymore. I don’t know what happened. Ordered chicken strips. They were so hard a dog couldn’t chew them. Gravy was like water. Fries were nasty tasting. Nachos were really good. My hamburger was good but seemed like the quality of the meat was not as good. Please save my favorite place! It’s really gone downhill!

  Me and my husband had dinner here and we really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, store is clean and staff are helpful. Theres plenty of carpark and it wasn’t to busy around 3pm. The store smells really good. The bathrooms are also clean. We loved it and definitely will be back.

  Went there Friday afternoon about 3pm. Went through drive ordered a grilled chicken combo and a bacon cheese burger all our food when it was brought out to the pickup was cold. After being told they had to drop more fries so they would be fresh.Everything was cold. Both my son and myself useto work at the Dairy Queen in Claude and we never sent food outthat was cold.

  I’m very disappointed in this location. I grew up going to and working at DQ. I worked at my hometown DQ for 4 years in high school and beginning of college. The food and ice cream I received tonight was subpar at best. I got a steak finger basket. The fries were cold and soggy. The bread wasn’t buttered. The gravy was old and had that film over the top and was discolored. The steak fingers were the only okay part. Still coldish though. I also got two smores blizzards that weren’t even made correctly. It literally was ice cream, chocolate strips (like the ones in the chocolate extreme blizzard) instead of the marshmallow chocolate bar, and graham crackers. Nothing marshmallow at all. It was a chocolate chip and graham cracker blizzard. I know how they’re made because I used to make them. I’m typically not one to complain, but this was just absolutely ridiculous. I only get a blizzard occasionally when the smores one is out. I understand if you run out of ingredients, but before substituting, ask the customer if it’s okay or if they want a different blizzard. I would’ve gotten a different one that I could actually enjoy. I will say the employee was polite at the window.
