  Food was barely edible, steak was dry and cold. Could not eat in the restaurant due to being filthy. We ate at one in Ohio and loved it. I guess I need to stick to the local burrito place.

  Terrible customer service. There were only three workers. Only one person checked out and prepared food, but he seemed exhausted. TRAINING NEEDED

  The difference between this Chipotle and Georgia is night and day. Extra rice? Say less. Double protein? Fulfilled. They always make sure I get what I paid for. Georgia has been rude and given poor quality for all my bowls. One time I went inside and they were out of steak, which is fine.. but explain to me why no one was even making more or in the kitchen. They didn’t even know they were out. Anyways, Coulter hasn’t disappointed me, even in the Chipotlane. Please keep this way! 🙏

  Chipotle was once a bastion of modern hipster culture. If you were eating Chipotle, you were cool. Now, it's just another fast food joint with little available to appease even the clandestine of paletes. Over the years shrinkflstion has hit the once staple diner in a serious way. I was use to my regular burrito order need two tortillas to close up and you could stand the burrito on its end it wouldn't fall down. Now they out miniscule amount of side in there and if you're not watching like a hawk they'll stiff you on meat as well. Very disappointing to see this place drop from #1 in my favorite burrito place ro maybe #4. Don't get me wrong, the burrito is still good and the service is still excellent, hence the 3 star rating but I do believe the magic around Chipotle has faded. Places like Sharky's and Qdoba are better and cheaper.
