We were very impressed with both the quality of service and the food. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars was because it was a bit messy behind the counter and in the eating area, but there was also not a lot of staff for such a busy night so I get it. Thank you!!

I went in for a kids meal (which I have gotten many, many times at various locations) and this time the wells were filled half full. Even the official chipotle pictures show full or even overflowing wells. The manager thinks he’s saving money, but I will leave the food at the counter every time if served like this. No photos as proof because I walked out without anything.

Complained to management and she was VERY rude and did not care. Workers have the worst attitude, worst food, it was the worst experience ever. The manager Noah could CARE LESS. Spend your money somewhere else!! Savannah the cashier was VERY RUDE. Threw my food over the counter and rolled her eyes! Was told “bro chill there’s nothing I can do” after complaining to the manager Noah!!! General manager does not care either. She does not correct her workers and lets them do whatever! This includes smoking in the open and not using gloves when making the rice. DISGUSTING! No one washes hands at top of the hour. Do not go here!
