  Food was great. However, there is absolutely NO reason the female with whatever sort of silver grillz should be YELLING at her coworkers in any way. The entire time we were eating she was shouting at each and every one of her coworkers for some reason or another, making them a public spectacle. This behavior is unacceptable, and I can only hope some sort of action is taken against her.

  What happen to chipotle? When Gin ran this one this kind of stuff never happened ever! I went in to address the manager Kacy who was rude and literally purposely made me wait even longer for my food while acting like she was busy and says the new gm is John, John can you control anything that goes on here? Only good customer service was the girl with the cute pink hair other than that people have been rude , manager rude and hopefully John won’t be but never will I go there again! We pay $14 a bowl for what?

  Place is extremely dirty Staff is slow unorganized This is the worst Chipotle that I have ever since They can not keep staff Once I went in the new hire was the only one trying to help customers the line was long other staff members getting upset at him for not knowing certain things but wouldn’t help him on the line and it took forever two girls and where talking and only taking care of to go orders the other just standing at the register ignoring the guy needing Help Their management is aweful staff should all be fired and the restaurant power washed Now they ran out of meat I mean alll of them How ridiculous

  This Chipotle is a health hazard. Please be cautious and I hope management takes serious action. Our experience may have been one off as we were driving through and getting take-out. I must say we frequent Chipotle a lot as a family and I have never seen a Chipotle in this state. I feel bad for the staff that works here, they looked like they hated their job or were utterly exhausted. I will say the woman who made our order was kind. Below is a list of the areas that were shocking to us: 1. We walked in and both trash cans were overflowing, disgusting to see when you first walk in. 2. The dining area was covered in trash and food on every table and every square foot of the floor. 3. The workers looked utterly exhausted and were moving at a snail pace as a line to the door quickly was made. 4. The serving area was covered in food mess and the kitchen was a hot mess on the floor. We usually see servers wipe down their serving surface immediately and keep the kitchen tidy. 5. Aside from the man cutting chicken and making sure the ingredients were replenished, all the other staff looked clueless to the line building up and the promptness needed to get the line moving and the place tidy. My kids even commented on how it felt abnormally slow. One woman, who looked like the manager, sat in the hot mess of a dining area counting out to go plates as slow as she could while her workers took the brunt of the work in the kitchen. 6. The bathrooms were awful, which can be typical for a Chipotle, but no surprise since their food area was neglected. Trash on the floor, no paper towels. 7. A food safety health inspection from a month ago (05/18/2026) was posted on the wall which stated there was “contaminated equipment”. And we had already purchased our food so we couldn’t walk out. We were driving through at night and had no where else to go. We all ended up not eating our meals as we were concerned we would have to pull over and loose our stomachs in the middle of Texas at night traveling home. I should have taken a picture to prove this shocking state. I am not one to complain about a Chipotle either. My husband and I are genuinely concerned about this Chipotle location for the sake of the health of those who eat here and work here. Get someone in there who cares about their people/workers and someone who is motivating and has drive to be excellent. If not, I can see this Chipotle closing. I will be calling the corporate office of Chipotle in the Health and Safety sector.

  This was honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Extremely unhygienic conditions The kitchen had food literally lying on the floor, and on the serving line everything was getting mixed together. As vegetarians, this made it almost impossible for us to eat comfortably. I’ve never seen a Chipotle this careless about cleanliness. 2. Shockingly rude manager The manager or whoever, the guy with the French beard was unbelievably rude. My wife lightly touched a large chips bag, and he immediately snapped, “You touched it, you have to buy it.” Who talks to customers like that? I’ve been to countless Chipotle locations and have never seen anything like this. 3. Basic facilities not maintained The men’s restroom was out of order. For a place that gets constant travelers and families taking breaks, not having a working restroom is unacceptable. 4. Tastes sucks when they prepare it Overall, this location needs serious attention hygiene, customer service, and basic maintenance are all far below Chipotle standards.
