I visited the S. Georgia location on 8/31 around 11:53 AM (Order #129, cashier listed as John). I asked to split the $20.95 total evenly between two cards and was told, “We don’t have a button for that.” I understand there may not be a specific 50/50 button, but separate payments can typically be done by manually entering roughly $10.48 on one card and the remaining $10.47 on the other. I’m a server myself and have worked with registers, so I know sometimes customer service requires finding a solution instead of just saying there isn’t a button. The employee working beside John appeared to be training—she was looking to him for guidance throughout the transaction—and she actually seemed to be trying to find a solution, but he dismissed it. My concern is that this teaches a new employee not to problem-solve for customers. We also discovered we were charged for two sides of guacamole ($5.90) when we only ordered one side. I’d appreciate management reviewing the transaction, correcting the overcharge, and making sure employees are properly trained on separate payments.

Me and a group of four went there yesterday 1hr 45mins before close and there was hardly any food options left, none of us got what we wanted, and what was there was at most luke warm or just straight up cold, including the scraps of chicken left which was one of our only meat options, all of us were concerned we were going to get food poisoning so we didn’t even finish over half our meals and just threw them away. They were more concerned with preparing early to close than to prepare actual food for customers. On top of that the drink station was absolutely disgusting. There was grime all over where the lids and utensils are which made me not want to use either. We will NOT be returning to this location again.

This location served me the smallest burrito in the Union (42 States and counting). I thought everything was bigger in Texas, but I guess this location is the exception (must be a new PR direction on Chipotle's behalf 🤷🏽😂 ).
I asked for an explanation because it is no exaggeration when I say that I have ordered Chipotle in at least 8 different States (being very conservative given I am at more than 42 and most of them have a Chipotle {judge me if you will, but it's a very convenient fast food option when in a rush 😂}) and this is the smallest portion sizes I have ever received.
The burrito was so small that I wondered what went wrong, and the shift manager's explanation was bogus because she said it's based on customer feedback and i definitely specified more portions (I get the same thing in all States 😂 ).
Then I calmed down, took a few deep breaths, and the only real explanation that comes to mind is that I arrived in the final 20minutes and I noticed they were already closing down. I used to work fast food many moons ago and I remember it was a lazy (sorry, have to call it was it is) attempt to get home early, usually at the expense of the customer experience. Well, I guess that's on me for arriving late, but I wish they would notify us in the future or at least charge me appropriately (I still paid full price for an item that looked less than half the regular size).
Customer beware of this late-night tactic, because as someone who has worked in the food industry, it's a mindset issue and it makes one wonder where else in the kitchen this mindset will rear its head. 🤔💭💥🤯

John the manager refused to allow my elderly father to use the restroom because quote: "I do not let men into our restroom because they piss all over the floor." And when I asked him to repeat what he said, he was proud and said it again. I said he should respect his elders and he responded, "I do not care, have a nice day." Very disrespectful, we will not be returning.
