And like the last 3 times, asked for dipping sauce for my nuggets and got NO SAUCE! 4 times in a row, nuggets with NO DIPPING sauce when it was requested! Every time, I think to myself, "I'll give it another try", only to be disappointed. While some might say, "Why didnt you check the bag?" What good does that do when you dont have time to check it before you feel like you need to pull out of the drive trhu. Not only that, but the order should be right, and I shouldn't HAVE to check it every time. Apparently the employees at this location don't care about making sure everything you ordered is in the bag including the sauces you requested that come with your meal. I got home and the fries were cold when those are usually still hot or at least still warm to enjoy eating. This place used to have the best service before they renovated their building. The service has gone down hill.

It was crowded enough that the only open tables we found left a couple of us right in the way of the children's play area... not the end of the world, but not relaxing. My main complaint was that our order took longer than projected (even though we ordered ahead on the app) and was missing a large fry and all our requested sauces when we got it. Overall, I was very impressed by every team member we interacted with and would visit again if we're in town, but... maybe not when we're in a hurry to get back on the road.
