  Went in today like we do pretty much every day. The chiller machine has been giving us so much trouble. Usually, we can show them a picture, and they replace the drink without any issue. Today, the manager came out, we showed her the picture, and she took another picture herself. My husband simply asked her twice to remove her laptop from inside our vehicle. Somehow, the whole situation turned into us being treated like we were lying or trying to get something we weren’t entitled to.We felt completely attacked and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving without our drinks. We’ve been going there regularly, but after today, we will NEVER be back. The way we were treated was completely unnecessary and unacceptable!!😡 The new manager is an absolute bully!

  Most of the kids working there do not care about customer service, good products, or blaring offensive music. They will lie to your face about their drinks quality and consistency and give zero...cares. I'll gladly drive across town to Dutch Bros. You should, too.

  Its does have pretty good drinks. But lately my drink been tasting a little too dark.. i dont mind it too much. Some people love some dont.

  I'm really confused as to why there is a car sitting at the register in the 2nd line, with not 2, but 3 employees leaning on and around it chit chatting in the middle of business. 2 cars in the first land when we pulled into the 2nd lane, only 1 car in front of us (the parked chit chat car). 1st lane ordered and drove off before a young man decided to break away from the conversation to take our order. He was very nice, but we did have to remind him we have a phone number for rewards. After ordering, he went back to the conversation with the car in front of us. 1 minute later, drinks are out and 3 employees are chit chatting with the cat instead of said car leaving so we can get out. We had to reverse in the line to go around because of this. I'm usually not one to make a fuss over things like this, and I really do love some 7 Brew, but I did not like feeling like an inconvenience to college kids hang out spots instead of what they're employed to do.

  I love 7 Brew and visit often, but this location was disappointing. The service was much slower than I expected, and it didn't seem like the staff were focused on getting drinks out efficiently. It was raining during my visit, and while they had someone outside taking orders, the overall service still felt very slow. When we reached the window, the employee helping us didn't seem very friendly and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. I usually have great experiences at 7 Brew, so I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and customer service at this location
