  Really great experience. I was very intrigued when the place first opened, and I’m very glad the town I moved to also has one! I think this corporation is going to go far, my only gripe is this specific location is in an awkward area as far as coming or going from the road

  Plz read. So I have gone to this place a few times now and I have loved every second of it. The first time I went I had no idea what to get and I got recommended the Iced Pumpkin Blondie, well that made me see coffee different I will never go to a different coffee shop. The people here are nice I don't get judged like I do at Starbucks and these people just want you to have the best experience! The atmosphere is clean and nice it looks big town but not show off. Over all 5 out of 5 everything and I sure hope if you are reading this I sure hope you go!!

  Very disappointing experience at the 7 Brew on S. Western in Amarillo today, September 13, around 2:20 PM. I placed my drink order while we were in line. My daughter was still deciding what she wanted, so I explained that we would place her order once we got closer to the menu where we could see the options. When my drink was brought out, I told the employee that we still had another order to place, and I was told that was okay. The employee then left and never came back to take the second order. We were eventually told that we had to drive all the way back around and get in line again—which was wrapped around the building—just to order one more drink. I explained that this was ridiculous and asked if we could simply place the order where we were. The employee contacted the manager, and we were still told we had to go back around. I also want to give Haley credit. Thank you, Haley, for being professional, coming over, and actually taking our order. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some of the other employees working at the time. There were employees at the other ordering area who were already taking other customers' orders, and there were drinks and orders piling up with what appeared to be very little organization. Honestly, the entire operation looked like a total shit show—people seemed confused about where orders were supposed to go, and drinks were just piling up. There were employees standing around who could have easily helped us, but instead we were given an attitude and told to drive through the entire line again. The attitude we received was extremely rude and completely unnecessary. I've been to 7 Brew many times and have never been treated this way. What should have been a simple situation that could have been resolved in less than a minute turned into an unnecessary confrontation. Haley was professional and helpful, and I appreciate her stepping in. However, the overall lack of organization, communication, and customer service from the rest of the staff and management was extremely disappointing. I hope corporate reviews what happened at this location around 2:20 PM and addresses these concerns with the management and staff. This was absolutely not the level of customer service I have come to expect from 7 Brew.

  The girl who gave me my drinks this morning was extremely rude! I greeted her, asked how she was and “zero” response. Got mad when I asked for bigger straws, and then handed me my drinks and said NOTHING. I even said Thank you. So I told her I hoped she had a better day! Geez. 😂
