  I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger advertised on the $1.99 menu. When the total seemed higher than expected, I checked my receipt: I had been charged $2.59 for a Jr. Cheeseburger plus another $1.20 for bacon—$3.79 for an item advertised at $1.99. When I asked the carhop, she seemed flustered and acknowledged that other customers had complained about the same issue. She couldn’t explain the discrepancy, and no correction was offered. I wasn’t going to argue with the carhop over $1.80, but management needs to address this. The advertised price should match what customers are charged

  I can't speak much on the service since I ordered online, but make sure to check your order before leaving they mess up on orders constantly. I ordered a burger with no onions but got loads of onions smothering the burger, plus the no ketchup that I wanted on it, but a whole lot mayonnaise covering everything. Food was barely warm, and the bun was freezing cold. And the corn dog breading was really hard and tough. Honestly just go down the street to whataburger if you are really wanting a burger
