Apparently their location isn’t working on the app, has not been working the last few days. When I first told the workers the location wasn’t showing up on the app they made it seem like I was the problem and it was my app that wasn’t working. Then I asked to speak to the manager and that’s when he said it wasn’t working. There’s certain deals that are app exclusive, when I brought it up to the manager he basically brushed it off. Any other location would have been courteous and accommodating understanding that it’s their fault for not having the app working and honored the deal. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Customer service always prioritizes where we give our business

I like Taco Bell, and this is what I have come to expect. I am not crazy about the kiosks for ordering, but that is a fact of life now.
