  We absolutely love Whataburger we eat it weekly! The staff is amazing! They make you feel like family. Elui Diaz is a breath of fresh air. He does a great job of keeping his customers happy and with full bellies. Along with that we absolutely love LaShonda she is the sweetest manager. She always makes sure to make my customized order to perfection. Allen has one of the Best Whataburgers we’ve ever been to! And trust me we go to a lot especially when we travel. We do Whataburger Wednesday in our family Saturday morning breakfast.

  Alyssa at the drive thru was incredibly rude and rushed me through ordering at the window, then showed extreme attitude when I had to add additional items at the window due to being rushed. Incredibly curt and short tempered. I come to the location often and will not be returning.

  It was alright. We dined in, and some of the tables were dirty. The food was a little overcooked and dry. Im not a fan of Whataburger for this reason alone. I just came here because my son had a coupon given to him from school. The strawberry hibiscus drink was a little too sour, and way too sweet. I had to dilute it with water. The price to portion ratio is always outrageous, too. Overall I'd probably not come back.

  I have always been a fan but the staff have ruined it for me. The young guy at the window is rude and hates his job apparently. Service has just gotten so bad. Then food is not done properly. We had to ask for the milkshake to be mixed. Had an issue last time and the owner would rather lose business than fix the problem. Last time I will be at this location (Allen).

  This location's food has gotten worse over the years. When we walked in, there was an employee (that was just out of work but was still in uniform) who was talking on the phone extremely loud (on the verge of yelling) in the dining area. We ordered food for take out and when we got home, we noticed that they barely gave us any fries and what we did get were luke warm, wilted and barely fried. It was so bad that we had to put them in our air fyer for it to be edible. The burgers were also luke warm. This has happened to us before last year but I figured it was a fluke. The only positive was that our cashier was nice. We won't be giving this restuarant a third chance to disappoint.
