We were able to extend our time till we were ready to leave and were not charged for any of our bays. Thanks for making it right Top Golf!! The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel valued as guests. We’ll definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Allen location to anyone looking for a great experience.. Very disappointing experience at Topgolf. The facility intentionally keeps the fans turned off until 1:00 PM, even during hot weather, which makes guests unnecessarily uncomfortable while they’re paying premium prices for entertainment and food service. It feels like cost-saving measures are being prioritized over customer comfort. The service was equally frustrating. A waitress approached our table and, through her actions, caused one of our drinks to be dropped and spilled. Rather than apologizing or offering a replacement, she simply asked another employee to clean it up and moved on, despite clearly knowing the incident was her responsibility. For a venue that promotes itself as an upscale entertainment experience, basic customer service, accountability, and guest comfort should be standard. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations.

The biggest issue was that the TV at our bay was almost completely blacked out, so we couldn’t even see our scores. That’s kind of the whole point of going to Topgolf, so it made the experience frustrating and honestly not worth the $200 we spent. We let staff know, but they could have cared less. Nothing was offered - not even a discount to return, partial refund, or even an offer to move to a different bay. On top of that, service was slow and inconsistent, and the overall vibe just didn’t match what you’d expect for the price we paid. For a place that markets itself as a fun, high-tech experience, this visit completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t rush back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve their maintenance and customer service. Bay 114 should be closed until the TV screen that shows the scores is fixed.

Go up I did not log in right away so I lost my spot? Apparently you have 5min to log in or else you loose it. Was not told that. I have to go back down to the attendees to help me get another spot because a other family as taken over mines, so they switch it but then my name ends up in another booth. So my time runs on both end cutting me short about 30 min. We have to leave our section n carry our food to indoor tables. And then I go back to the attendees to see what happened we weren't done w our 60min. And so he saying I had 15 min left which is not correct. Gives me a little refund n wants to call it a day. I had to tell the boys I couldn't do much and couldn't get a spot to finish our game. It sucked really. Our first time n it was the worst experience ever. And half the games in the arcade are out of order!! I wanted to give them a fun night out and it was the worst , they left unsatisfied because we couldn't finish the game. That the worst feeling ever no refund can change that. Do better accomodations for a family next time. You never know if it's theirs first trip and not able to make this fun places often .... Food was ok, nachos harden by the time we got up n moved and sat at the new place ..
- ZOZach OlsbyJun 7, 20261.0I'm from Washington and just moved down here to Texas. We have always loved topgolf and had a great experience at the colony/Renton, wa location. After coming to the Allen location twice, it has been an awful experience both times. The first time we had issues with our food and billing when they would not let us use our gift card my son won cause of they way we utilized it. We then come again today with the same gift card that my son won at his school and it would not let us use it online. We had to wait up front and walk in to get a new card with a new code which was made right. We then get to our bay and I order a chicken sandwich that comes with a piece of chicken the size of 1/3 the bun and plain when I asked for extra ranch and slaw. The attendant saw it and took it back immediately after wondering himself what he was seeing. I get my new burger back almost 40 minutes later as the spicy sandwich and not buttermilk ranch. At least the chicken was proper size this time. I decide to just eat it since I already waited almost an hour and a half for food with the return plus new sandwich. They then bring us the bill which charged us for two sandwiches. We had to wait around for them to correct it. It was finally corrected and we hit the arcade where the games ate up multiple swipes due to issues with the game where they tell us there is nothing they can do about it since its a 3rd party that owns the games. We then sit on the phone with them for 30 minutes to get our game plays back only to never get anyone. We decided to just leave with a bad taste in our mouths. Nothing really went right and I'm someone who is patient and can deal with stuff like this but not this many things that went wrong. Very dissapointed with the experience and will not be coming back after already giving a 2nd chance.
