When asked for cleaning up the spilled water, the staff arrived 10 minutes later after multiple requests for papertowels. The first staff came and left half of the water still on the floor. When asked for more papertowels, one staff told me he will clean and he finally cleaned it 90% dry.

The girls had fun golfing, but the service did not meet expectations for a booked birthday/event package. Our host/server was not very attentive, and we had to keep looking for her throughout the party. There were also basic setup issues, including missing plates for the food, and it felt like much of the event was spent trying to find someone to help. The staff we interacted with also did not come across very friendly or helpful, which was disappointing given that this was a special birthday celebration. Not worth $800+ Overall, the activity itself was fun, but the event service and organization were not what we expected.

On the way out, my friends and I were in the photo booth and instead of being respectful while waiting for our photos to print, he was extremely aggressive and was demanding us out. Mind you, that was our plan, we were simply waiting for photos to print. That bald headed manager needs therapy and should reflect on how he treats his guests.

The staff are super friendly, and are there to make your day amazing. There's a wide selection of food for the whole group to share. The place gives you everything you need to learn, excel, and, most importantly. have fun. We'd recommend going during the day to get the best deals and availability--if you go on Tuesdays you can very well go for under $5/person. If you're looking for a better way to spend your outing, give Topgolf a look!

We came as a family group expecting an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately almost every aspect of our visit fell short. The service was very poor. We were patient and understanding, but our orders were repeatedly entered incorrectly, and several food items arrived missing ingredients or prepared incorrectly. The presentation of the food was also unacceptable. For example, our loaded fries arrived without the queso that was supposed to be included, and we had to request cheese on the side. We were then charged extra for it even though the original order had not been prepared correctly. Other food items, including the nacho fries, arrived incomplete, and several drinks tasted watered down. There were also issues with communication and billing. We were informed about a membership fee only after the fact, resulting in unexpected charges for multiple members of our group. Had this been explained upfront, we could have made an informed decision. In addition, there was significant confusion regarding payment and game charges. We were originally told that certain charges would be adjusted because the equipment malfunctioned twice during our visit. However, the final resolution did not match what was communicated, and there was ongoing confusion about who had already paid. At one point, it appeared that some items might have been charged a second time, requiring us to clarify the situation ourselves. When concerns were brought to management, the experience remained frustrating and disorganized. Rather than feeling that our issues were being resolved, we felt as though we were having to repeatedly explain problems that should have already been understood. Overall, the combination of poor service, incorrect orders, food quality issues, unexpected fees, equipment problems, and billing confusion made this one of the worst dining and entertainment experiences our family has had. We left feeling disappointed and frustrated, and unfortunately we do not plan to return
