  Ordered drive thru around 2:30p and was very fast. My Gordita crunch was perfect! They actually cooked my flatbread before putting it together into the steamer. I did not get a swamp Gordita! It was perfect. I also had great nacho fries that were airy and crispy without being under or over seasoned. My sister finally got extra cheese on her burrito. This taco bell really pays attention and had excellent service! Guy at the window was very kind. I had to pull out of drive thru and park at the entrance. He quickly carried my food to me. I am very pleased.

  They said they don’t sell the breakfast crunch wrap anymore and I just ordered it 2 weeks ago she said it was discontinued three years ago, which didn’t make any sense the ladies here were unprofessional would not recommend coming here the inside was open and when I walk in they kicked me out saying only the drive thru was open

  Horrible experience the employees were too busy laughing and joking to put my order in right ordered 2 soft shell tacos and some how got a taco supreme and when i went back for a refund they acted confused and keep saying they will remake the order i told them no i want my refund they didnt calaulate the refund in the full about and took my receipt and wouldnt give me a refund receipt either just poor customer service and acting as if i did something wrong when they made the mistake no accountability. Never had this issue at any other taco bell

  My family and I went to Taco Bell on this past Saturday night and it was not a good experience. We specifically asked for Sauces only to get home and NONE were in the bag. We cant eat Taco Bell without sauce because that is the only thing that makes is edible. Needless to say we wasted our $30 because we ended up throwing the food in the trash. If you are going to be at the window, PAY attention to your customers requests. It could be the difference of a good or bad experience for them. I'm tired of wasting my money at these restaurants when they cant even get the simpliest things right. All they had to do is put the sauce in the bag. That is NOT hard.
