  Ordered via the app on my way home from work and didnt have to wait more than a few minutes to get my order, everything was great

  Food was fine love going here but there so stingy with the sauces and give u a dirty look if u ask for extras so annoying. Also the order headset was max volume hurt my ears

  I waited for 20min for them to do nothing cars coming and going and my order not being taken that is bullshit I shouldn’t have to wait that long for “fast” food I am now going to be late to my job because they can’t do there’s correctly that’s unbelievable disappointing

  There was so much onion on the burger I scraped off a handful and still had so much that onion was still falling out the back with each bite. Ordered an ocean water with blueberries added (said that more than once) and "make it dirty" (the cream, coconut, and lime add on). They gave me an ocean water with blue raspberry flavoring and nothing else. Multiple times I've gotten simple orders completely screwed up. This is past giving the benefit of the doubt. Getting what you asked for is a basic necessity for food service!

  App said my drink would be ready at 3:13 after I checked in. At 3:24 I called over a server & she looked at my phone & said oh. Then another employee came out to ask my name. Finally the 1st server brought my drink at 3:30. They weren't busy, they had already brought out two other app orders. We go to this Sonic at least 6 times a week.
