To be told that Rudy’s does not support Christian business and anyone supporting the McKinney recall. We ordered 1 lb of moist brisket, ½ lb of pulled pork, ½ jalapeño cheddar sausage, small side of beans, 1 medium fountain drink and 1 Coors Lite Banquet beer --- all for $63 (not including tip). The BBQ meats were on point and our son absolutely demolished the brisket. Unique style of service where you can grab condiments to your heart's desire (i.e. pickled jalapeños, onions, pickles, etc.). They have an island where you can grab covers for your sides and bag your leftovers to go. Yes, Rudy's serve alcohol, but only canned or bottled beers stashed in their gigantic ice chest. We usually plop down over $100 at Lockhart Smokehouse for BBQ, but I think we're going to make Rudy's our go-to BBQ from now on if we want some delicious BBQ without having to travel too far. Rudy's staff members were also seen periodically checking on patrons to see if they enjoyed their meal, which adds another level of service that's practically unheard of these days.
