Missing an item from your order? Customer service will apologize and tell you they will try to do better on your next order. What a deal huh?! There are too many better options out there to be treated this way. Pizza Hut needs to do better.
- AMAnastasia MorganAug 4, 20261.0What a nightmare. I came home with my pizza pickup order, husband started eating his slice and says, "wow, I'm immediately getting really bad heartburn." I take one look at what he's eating-- it's an extra sauce Red sauce pizza. I ordered white sauce. The kicker--I try calling their store, but there's NO WAY to connect, I get rerouted to a central number so keep telling me the store is "offline." Well, back off to the store I drive. After explaining that they need to remake the order correctly, including the sticks that are now congealed, I'm now waiting. And waiting. Honestly not worth the tip and gas money. Got bored and writing this review lol. Gonna be a LONG time before I come back. At least they were accommodating when I came back. But it's infuriating that I have to drive back to correct this and waiting, instead of speaking to them over the phone and going to just pick up the correct order. No wonder PizzaHut is circling the drain. Good riddance.
