  I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut location today, and because of it, I will never be returning. When I arrived, my order was fully ready and had been sitting in the warmer cabinet for five minutes because I was running slightly late. I walked inside and waited until the customer ahead of me finished ordering. Once he was done, I informed the female employee at the counter that I was there to pick up my mobile order. She firmly refused to hand over my food. She stated that she would not cross the line at all because she did not want to cut the line or be rude to anyone! Three other customers were waiting to place their orders, and I could clearly see my two pizzas sitting right behind her. Even though I had placed and paid for this order twenty minutes prior, she forced me to stand and wait until all three of those customers had completely finished ordering before she would hand it to me. This entirely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. There is absolutely no reason a pre-paid customer should be forced to wait through an entire line just to grab food that is already cooked and sitting right there. This service was completely illogical and unacceptable.

  This is got to be the worst establishment ever I’ve called six times to order a pizza for my son. They bounced me all over the place even taking me all the way to Pennsylvania then when I finally get on the phone with somebody in this location again after five attempts their phone keeps hanging up if I can read it zero stars I would with service like this. I’m sure their food is just as disgusting as the people who answered the phones.

  I got 2 pizzas delivered and several hairs were cooked INTO the pizza. We were pulling the long hairs out from the cheese. They clearly don’t wear hairnets/hair restraints there. We had already ate through most of the pizza by then but just threw the rest of the last pizza away. Very disgusting. The delivery guy was very friendly though I’ll give them that.
