  I came at the pick up time and it took 36 minutes past to give me my food. Then the guy working says it’s not his problem it takes so long. Guy was also very dirty and smelled terrible . No wonder why this place has 2 stars. There were also two older men in the lobby with me who also agreed with me that they took forever and also messed up their orders. Listen to all the bad reviews. This place is trash and careless

  Do not order from this location they always get the order wrong and then they act very dumb when you try to get it corrected. I tried several orders and they are literally the absolute worst.

  Everyone other pizza hut out pizzas this hut. lol as I was leaving I watched the cook run over to the Jerry’s liquor shop crazy

  I come in once a week. Today I placed an order online. Lately they burn the cheese. The bottom half is not cooked enough. And today, I placed my order online and they get the wrong order. I call and female answer and tells me, the best she can do is have me wait two hours or give me a credit. I spend my hard earn money, and the best I get is credit or a two hour wait. Not a sincere apology. Not once did she say sorry . This has convinced me to quit ordering from this place. A lack of customer service and attention to an order. I didn’t order this. I ordered something specific. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. No one orders from a place to order something they don’t want to eat. I work hard for my money to have eat something I have no interest in eating.

  They never delivered my order, gave me the run-around when I tried calling, and the corporate help line is no help either. Hope stealing my $30 was worth losing a customer.
