I don’t know if it’s this location in Allen or what but the people they hire are very slow and don’t seem to understand true customer service. I’m here on a Saturday and I’ve seen 3 people walk out from waiting in line while they worked on online orders. It wouldn’t have been so bad had they atleast communicated but they just let people stand there without saying anything
