- TTTashaJun 4, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received from the Greenville Ave. location in Allen, TX. I ordered a Papa Bowl after seeing the advertised photos online. The bowl I received looked nothing like the product being marketed. The advertising shows a full, hearty bowl with generous portions and toppings. The bowl I received was noticeably underfilled with significantly fewer toppings and did not meet reasonable customer expectations. What made the experience worse was my interaction with the manager, Brandon. When I called to express my concerns, he offered no attempt to resolve the issue and stated that I would have to bring the bowl back to the store if I wanted a refund. He also dismissed my concerns by saying that the advertisements are "just advertisements" and that they do not take the pictures themselves. As a frequent Papa John's customer, I found this response unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service. Customers understand that marketing photos may vary slightly, but there should still be a reasonable resemblance to the product being sold. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the way my concerns were handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
