  The quality of food from this Outback location is always fantastic. My latest visit was a pickup order. I ordered through the app. When I arrived, I didn't call or respond to an Outback text to let them know I arrived. As I was considering walking in...an Outback associate exited the restaurant to deliver my order. I was so impressed by this...and I let him know.

  We recently celebrated a birthday at Outback Steakhouse, and while our experience started with a few challenges — including a delayed greeting and a mix-up with our food delivery — the way the team handled everything completely turned the evening around. Aiden and Julia were outstanding throughout the night. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into a memorable and enjoyable celebration. We also want to recognize Ryan, the franchise owner, who took the time to personally listen to our concerns and address them with care and professionalism. It was clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to him and his team. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really stands out is how a business responds — and this team exceeded expectations. We left feeling valued, appreciated, and grateful for the effort they made to ensure our birthday celebration ended on such a positive note.   “Please make sure orders match what is advertised on the menu. I ordered the Canberra Chopped Steak with a loaded baked potato, but received a plain dry potato with no toppings at all. The presentation and quality were very disappointing, especially for the price. I hope you improve the attention to detail for future customers.”

  We had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse, thanks to our server Aiden! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. We ordered the ribeye steak and sirloin with shrimp, and everything came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Aiden checked in at all the right times without being overbearing and made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food and even better service—we’ll definitely be back!

  The waiter was great he recommended what he thought was good but really didn't have any other good recommendations lol but he tried. The food was horrible,the first chicken dinner was too spicy and the sweet potato was really small and hard. They exchanged the chicken and potatoe for mashed potatoes and a less seasoned chicken piece but even that chicken was rubbery the potatoes was just ok. My husband and I beat ourselves up for not going to Hutchinson BBQ but anyways we had not been to this place in a very very long time and thought let's try it but not again.
