  Our visit started out a little rough but turned out really good. The hostess seated us but only had 1 set of utensils and 1 menu. She said she would bring another in a minute but didn’t. Then the bread was brought out with a butter knife to cut it. Odd for an Outback. Then the drinks from the bar took a long time. I decided to say something and told our server, Alex. She was great and listened to our issues and then had the manager come by to speak to us. The rest of the dinner was great as was Alex’ service.

  Went to dinner earlier with my daughter and had a great time. Our waiter was very attentive, didn't hover but was on top of things when we needed anything. He even anticipated some things and had them ready when we needed them. We had the fried mushroom appetizer as daughter doesn't like onions that much. Mushrooms were hot and crispy. We both had the 8oz sirloin steak, medium rare, grilled to perfection. Hers with sautéed mushrooms and mine with grilled onions. Finished the night off with the cookie and ice cream. Cookie was good but a tad too sweet and overcooked but that was the only complaint we had all night. I've eaten at Outback in other cities and none of them hold a candle to this one for service and food quality. Price was very reasonable in our current economy. Go have a great meal. You won't be disappointed.

  This was my second time at this location. The first time sucked but my family and I wanted to try it again. I ordered the Rockhampton Riley and the steak was horrible. It tasted a bit spoiled. The meat didn't taste like steak it was maybe a mix of liver and something else. HORRIBLE!!! My husband had Canberra chopped steak and it was not cooked properly. It was perfect along the edges but raw on the inside. My daughter had salmon and wasn't happy with her plate either. All I can say is we will not be back to this location and judging on how bad the quality of the food was makes me second guess ever returning to any Outback Steakhouse. The best thing was the Bread!! 90+ dollars down the drain. Better off donating the money. I would have felt much happier.

  Food was delicious and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Honestly the service is top-tier. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the atmosphere, it felt a little chaotic and cramped during our visit. If you don't mind a bit of a crowd, the meal itself is definitely worth the wait!

  We ordered fresh, perfectly cooked, seasoned steak and flavorful grilled chicken. Drinks: margaritas; the food was delicious, offering a variety of authentic dishes. We were pleased with the cozy ambiance and attentive service that made our experience enjoyable.
