  Terrible Customer Service I’ve been coming here regularly, but my experience last Thursday was ridiculous. I asked for my 2 large pieces of pizza to be put into two separate boxes, since it was going to two different places. I asked to have them separated as i saw her stacking both of them on top of eachother. The employee literally closed the box, told me NO, and handed me gloves & a box so I could do it myself. I explained that I was asking her to simply put it in a different box , but apparently that was too much to ask since they' were busy but only 3 tables were there and i had already waited 25 mins & i should’ve “told her before i ordered” . If I wanted to box my own pizza, I wouldn’t be paying for the service. I have the interaction on video. Management really needs to address this because the attitude and customer service were unacceptable.

  I dined at this establishment today, I ordered my meal which consisted of a Philly cheesesteak and other things. The female behind the counter was very unprofessional from when I first placed my order, but I didn’t tap into the energy. My husband requested ketchup for the sandwich, and she told us that we had to pay for the ketchup. I was very confused at the fact that I just spent 35$ in this establishment but being told I had to pay for ketchup. The female behind the counter started talking in Spanish, making faces, and laughing with her co worker when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was no better, he stated that ketchup is a side because it’s not made with the sandwich. Last time I checked, ketchup was a condiment, not a side. I will never spend money here again.

  I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this location and, unfortunately, will not be returning. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and asked what type of bread would be used. The employee responded, “regular bread,” with an attitude. When I asked what “regular bread” meant, she was not helpful or accommodating in explaining the options. We also ordered a slice of pizza. Two customers who arrived after us received their orders in full before we received ours. To make matters worse, when I asked for ketchup for my sandwich, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1 for it. While I understand that businesses may charge for certain extras, the overall experience and manner in which everything was handled made the situation even more frustrating. We then asked to speak with a manager. After speaking with the manager in Spanish, the shorter female employee handed us the phone and proceeded to grandstand and taunt us by dancing in front of us. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone representing a business. The customer service, professionalism, and attitude we experienced were unacceptable. There are plenty of places that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect. We will not be returning to this location.

  Pizza was good as always. I love this place. Never have to wait very long. It’s the perfect place for lunch.

  I came this place with my family I ate food my child and my wife said let’s this food is not good no taste nothing no service nothing please avoid to come here it’s my personal advice the guy work in shop very bad behaviour Thnku guys this my first and last time here
