  Really disappointed with the service here. We paid at the first window and even specifically asked while ordering if the nuggets were included in the deal/code we were using, since we weren’t seeing it on the screen and the girl taking the order said yes. But when we got to the second window for our food, we realized the nuggets were missing and we only received 2 cheeseburgers and fries. We explained everything to the manager and even showed her where it said the nuggets were included with the code. Instead of trying to help or understand the situation, she just kept repeating that we “didn’t pay for it” because it “wasn’t showing up on the register.” We again explained that we had already asked beforehand if it was included and were told yes and it literally says it on the code we used that they are included, but she just brushed us off with a hand gesture and repeated the same thing again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service, attitude, and refusal to even consider what we were saying made the whole experience frustrating. A little respect and effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way.

  I placed an online order, to which my order was never completed. It was marked as "preparing" for over an hour, with my driver's constantly switching because of the wait. One driver asked what happened, and the store said someone probably took my order. I got that cancelled, and replaced my order, only for the same exact thing to happen again. I ended up calling the store and explaining my situation, but they hung up mid conversation, and restricted my number. What is up with that?

  This used to be the greatest McDonalds with Texas theme but now, it’s nothing more than a place that’s cares nothing about their customers. The kiosk very seldom works and the act angry and ignore you when you try to order up front. Try to use my deal on the app and it won’t work and I started over and said I used this deal already . Try to explain this to someone with broken English skills got me nowhere . THE WORST MCDONALDS IN TEXAS BY FAR .

  I think it was the manager that helped it was a larger Hispanic guy that was all over the place amd ignoring the line in front of him. When I asked him to read the order he would just say what else do you want. The girl that handed the order out didn’t call the order number or anything but when she put the cup down she was holding it with her fingers inside the cup😭😭 which seems unsanitary…and my order was wrong😭

  Surprisingly big on the inside, and very clean. Fries were old, but chicken was fresh. So 50/50 I guess. Staff was very friendly, so that's a plus. Parking lot had some thuggish looking unsavory types hanging around, so maybe a no loitering rule should be enforced, cause they were mostly hanging out by the front door. Didn't know if I was gonna get hassled for spare change. Don't want that feeling when just trying to get something to eat.
