  While the store is cute (love the gift section), I bought some jelly a few months ago (It was 6 months expired). I then bought 2 dozen roses for my daughter’s birthday 2 1/2 days ago - they started dropping yesterday already and today and only 3 are standing! This is the 1st where we had bought roses and they did not last

  Birthday cupcakes falsely advertised. On drive-up they were placed poorly in my trunk and they fell over, getting the icing smushed. Then I tried to get a refund, and the manager said I needed a physical receipt. In these modern times, a digital receipt should suffice as evidence. Market Street, you lost a customer today. I just wanted some coffee beans you didn't have in stock.

  Security software for self checkout keeps saying you’re stealing. So you have to constantly have employees come over and they watch footage of you for them to review. Super weird and embarrassing to constantly have to defend yourself. This type of stuff will make me stop coming here.

  The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were very polite and friendly. It gives you a good feeling when you shop there. Great customer service. The return process was quick and easy. Thank you!
