- ADAmanda DudleySep 20, 20262.0Not sure what is happening with HEB curbside’s quality control, but wanted to share that we have had four straight orders (one per week) of items missing. I was mildly irritated when I had to go back the first week, asked for refunds the 2nd and 3rd time, and then called and asked to speak to a manager today. Eight missing items totaling approximately $30 that we paid for and weren’t included. This has been very frustrating. Customers - please carefully check every item off your receipt and make sure that what you paid for and what you received match. HEB - Perhaps when your errors are this bad, you should offer delivery of those missing items instead of asking your customers if they want to take time/gas to fix your problem.
- WGWill GormanSep 14, 20263.0A very large grocery store, with a larger than average amount of prepared foods. It has a good selection of wines and cheeses, a bakery, and pharmacy. It does have an on-site BBQ restaurant, However, there is an equivalent alternative closer, so I won't be shopping at H-E-B regularly.
- LMLinda MunsonSep 2, 20262.0HEB only has a few things I can't find elsewhere. Tonight, at 9:07 pm, I went to the store in Allen. A young staff member was working with the carts by the front door. He said they were closed. I specifically asked "the store is closed? He confirmed it was so I turned and left. I figured I missed the store by 9 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I later found online it's supposed to be open until 11 pm. Either he didn't know when the store closes or he couldn't hear me due to his ear buds (who wears those at work??). Better training is needed. Sorry, I just don't see the attraction. This is the third (April, July & Sept) visit in a row I left without success. Don't go with high expectations.
