Come here multiple times a week and they know my order and are very friendly. Great Einsteins!

If your goal is to get the company’s attention rather than simply vent, the most effective review is one that’s specific, credible, and written by someone who actually wants them to improve. Mention that you’re a repeat customer, that you enjoy the food, and that the issue is a recurring operational problem. I really want to like this location because the food is consistently good when you can actually get it. Unfortunately, the morning operation at this store is one of the most disorganized I’ve experienced. I’ve stopped here several times before work and on my way to golf, and it’s always the same story. The staff never seems prepared for the morning rush. Whether it’s long waits, products not ready, orders taking far longer than they should, or employees scrambling to get caught up, it feels like the store is always behind before the day even begins. What makes this even more frustrating is that breakfast is your business. People come here because they’re on a schedule. Many of us are trying to get to work, tee times, appointments, or school. If there’s one time of day this location should have figured out, it’s the morning. I know it’s not just me. My golf partner brought it up without me even mentioning it, saying he’d stopped going because they never seem ready to serve customers. When multiple regular customers are noticing the exact same problem, that’s a sign this isn’t an isolated bad day—it’s become the norm. This review isn’t about the quality of the bagels or coffee. Those are the reason I keep giving this place another chance. It’s about management. Someone needs to take ownership of the morning operation, because it’s letting down an otherwise good brand. I hope someone from corporate sees this. The product deserves better than the customer experience this location is delivering. Until the mornings are run the way a breakfast restaurant should be, I’ll be taking my business else where.

What a horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and skip this location—it’s worth driving to another one. The woman who works in the mornings, with a heavy English accent, was incredibly rude. She showed no concern for customers, and my coffee was so bad that I threw it away after one sip. After receiving my food, I had to wait for my drink because she forgot about it, only to be handed the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. The avocado toast was okay, but the coffee and customer service were absolutely terrible. The owner should be embarrassed to have someone representing the business this way. I’ve been to many Einstein Bros. locations, and my favorite is the one in Plano at Central Expressway and 15th Street. Unfortunately, I stopped at this location because I was running errands nearby. I would rather go hungry than return to this store. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

This place is trash! Don't bother wasting your money with this branch. Customer service is a joke. Went today and they acted like I was bothering them. No joke the guy making our order rolled his eyes and seemed irritated that I was there. Sat down to eat my bagel really quickly because I knew they closed soon. No joke they straight turned the lights off before their closing time. WILL NEVER come back to this place and I hope all employees there have the day they deserve!

Horrible service. I waited for 20 minutes for them to take my order and there wasn’t a line. I ordered a cheesy hash brown bagel and then they sold it out from under me to someone in the drive thru even though my order was already placed. There wasn’t 7 other people waiting on their food and they said they’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Do not waste your time at this location, they need to get their crap together.
