If you are still sleepy in the morning and want a wake up message for urself you can give this location a try. I went here on a Saturday morning around 9:30 and I had not been inside a EBB store in a while. There were only two employees I could see when I went in. One person was busy with taking drive thru orders and also making the food for the orders and the other was also preparing some orders and getting stuff organized. I would usually use the drive thru but since this is a new location for me and I had not decided what to get, I went inside. There were people waiting to pay and there was no one in the ORDER HERE line. I was waiting there for around 5 mins and saw that people at the PAY HERE line were also ordering and they were getting service. Now I had forgotten the mechanics of the ordering process and since there were only two people and no one had come to the ORDER ME side I started wondering if they were only using the PAY HERE section. (Kind of how nowadays we sometimes see McD not having anyone at the pay window and take payment at the delivery counter and since the brain cant be without thinking unnecessary stuff). So I asked the lady who was taking the drive thru orders (when I was able to finally make eye contact with her) - "Is this where we order?". I dont know what she heard, she just said "You got to give it a second" in a rough tone. She was mad at me for asking the question. Now I have been waiting here for some time, I was not complaining about that. I just wanted to know if I was in the right place. What she said just cleared all the sleepiness that was remaining and I was just surprised and taken aback and fully awake. I dont expect people to treat me very nicely but at least who are serving customers can at least be not rude. Now she might be under pressure because she was clearly overloaded and working too hard but dont take it out on some unsuspecting customer. If you had gotten till here then hear the actual review - Food was great as always which is why we always go back but service is also important. Fan of Six Cheese bagel with Jalapeño shmear and on this day ordered the Turkey Sausage and Chedsar age which tasted great. So advice is - avoid going inside this location if you can just use the drive thru.

My caramel iced coffee has the ground coffee beans floating around in it which makes it taste nasty. Not sure if it's supposed to be like this, but I very much dislike it. I've tried the chorizo bagel at another location, and it was a 10/10, at this location though it's a 5/10. The customer service is not great either from the cashier in the drive through

I used to go here all the time as a kid back in 2015. I don't know what happened, but the management is the worst. We first went through the drive thru since there was no line- we asked to give us a second and took no longer than 1 minute to come up with an order. We let them know we were ready for 7 whole minutes- no response. We decided to go inside instead, and immediately we see the car that pulled up behind us being served. Already upset, we tried to brush it off and order in person. The drive thru lady asked us (after ringing up two teenagers we were standing directly behind) if we were next or if the two gentlemen behind us were. We raised our hands and nodded, confirming we were next, but she told the other guy behind us to come to the cash register. EXTREMELY rude and EXTREMELY non aware of customer surroundings. What should've been a 5 to 10 minute bagel run became a 15 minute MINIMUM unsatisfactory experience. Please get better management or at least someone who is paying attention to their surroundings well- you can't do a food service job without an OUNCE of good customer service. This is coming from a customer service worker.

The staff is quite unfriendly and it comes off rude. It feels like I am bothering them simply by ordering. The dragon fruit drink tastes like jalapeños or something like whatever being used isn't cleaned properly. I was willing to let all of that go because I prefer locations with a drive thru but my most recent experience the staff was quite dismissive and they gave me a bagel with half of the bottom missing.
