    First off, Dylan and Jack are totally amazing! Love this particular store the most. Always quick, friendly, smiling, and all around awesome. They know who you are and what you like the best, plus recommend additional drinks to try! I left off Everan! She is totally awesome as well. All the employees at this location will make your day. Having a bad day? Go to Dutch Bros in Allen and the rest of your day will shine!

    After driving over an hour to get home, and with another hour to go, the family chose to order coffee. We ordered through the app, but the location (not our usual-obviously) was closer than expected so the order was place as we got in the drive through. With 2 cars ahead, and no one behind us until we got to the window, the young lady "running" the place started explaining to me that it was inconvenient to THEM that we placed an app order from the drive through. She did not know our plans. Neither did we until :10 before we pulled in. She purposely had us wait until she served the car behind us. I am very glad she is an exceptional employee and not the norm!
