  Was excited based on reviews but yet again it’s just disappointing for this area. Pizza I would give 5.5 out of 10 not great but can eat it at least. Cheese just falls off the slice when you bite into it and you got bread and sauce after. Meatball sub I tried could not finish though. Hoping my kid eats it at least for dinner but even that is a reach and he’s 2 years old. Waste of 80 bucks smh

  Ordered the Ultimate 4 Cheese pizza. I know taste is subjective, but that dough was bad. I think I ate 2-3 pieces before figuring out it was the dough. The taste in my mouth enhanced the smell and I had to throw it away. I really wanted to like this place, very disappointed.

  I hate to leave bad reviews, so I will just start with the location itself has a nice vibe and the service was great, but the food...oh my. It just didn't measure up, from the dough to the sauce (was that tomato paste or sauce?) to...one pizza was overcooked while the calzone was borderline raw and squishy in the middle yet burned on the bottom. Again, so sorry to leave a bad review, but this was exceptionally underwhelming.

  We tried Donatos Pizza for the first time tonight, and everything was fantastic! We used to frequent another pizza place off W Exchange until the food and service started going downhill. For our pickup order, we got a Create Your Own pizza, the Very Vegy Side Salad, and the Half Asiago Cheese Bread — all were delicious. Such a great addition to Allen, and it’s so close to home!

  Absolutely loved the food here! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The pizzas were cooked very well and were super crispy. The cheese pizza was the best I’ve tried so far. The service was great too and everything came out quickly. Definitely coming back again!
