  Lourdes was awful! She had an attitude and gave very small portions. Everytime I go to chipotle I have a above average to average experience and this was awful. I love chipotle but experiences like this make it terrible. Being stingy with the food is rude especially when it's not coming out of her pay. I had to ask around 4 times for more rice because of how little she was giving me (half scoops). Her chicken scoop was less than a half scoop. When the CEO made a video saying you could simply "ask for more" I didnt think I had to pull teeth and beg for my food. When I order I get very little ingredients because I'm picky, and I love the rice, but because of her, Im paying 10 dollars for a burrito the size of my fist.

  First off, don't schedule a food order ahead of time, they'll make it an hour early and it'll be cold before you even touch it. Second, they can't follow basic instructions like add MEAT to your order. I got a bowl of rice/beans with salsa on it instead of carnitas.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Before even having the chance to order, the boy with long black hair and glasses and eyebrow piercing serving me took a look at me, sighed, and then said "let me guess, you want a veggie bowl?" in a fake indian accent in an attempt to get a rise out of me. I understand if employees become stressed but there is no excuse for how I was treated. When I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. I simply left the store without ordering. This type of racism is extremely disturbing.

  The service is ZERO. Some college kid manages this place and doesn’t know the word customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. CHIPOTLE needs to learn A LOT from places like Chick-fil-A.

  genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. The serving sizes are so small. I’m probably getting a quarter of the food that I am being charged for. If I was the CEO, I would close down this location just because of how bad it makes the company look. I’m considering quitting going to chipotle altogether. More than anything I am disappointed in myself for paying that amount of money for such a small amount of terrible old tasting food. this experience sucked zero out of five… considering emailing corporate about how crappy this location is.
