AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT, I STILL GOT A BOWL FOR MY GF AND I TO SHARE. NOT ONLY WERE THEY STINGY ON EVERYTHING, WE FOUND A LONG HAIR IN THE FOOD. WHEN I TOLD ONE OF THE WORKERS, IT WASN’T AN APOLOGY GIVEN, EYE CONTACT OR FAULT ADMITTED. SHE BARELY WANTED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS A POOR REPRESENTATION OF THE FRANCHISE AND THEY JUST NEED TO CLOSE. ITS PITIFUL AND PATHETIC.

The app clearly showed that my BOGO reward was valid through 08/27, but when I tried to use it today, it didn’t work and I ended up paying for both entrees. What made it worse was that the employees were not helpful at all and seemed like they simply didn’t care. No one made any real effort to help resolve the issue. If your app is going to advertise a promotion, it should actually work and your employees should be willing to help when it doesn’t.
