My first trip to this location (normally I am In Sherman or Frisco) and I got 2 bowls. Almost $42 and the portion was about as small as I’ve ever seen in a bowl. Asked why they wouldn’t give a full scoop on the meat, said they would have to charge double.. ok so be it, I paid for double ($6 more for a second scoop and it didn’t even amount to one whole scoop) bullshit. Others may be ok w that but I’m not. If your going to charge me then by god at least give me a damn meal.

And not 1, not 2, but 3 employees literally locked eyes with me and didn’t assist me along with a guy on his personal phone just talking in the back. Context there was 1 person in line. Store was pretty much empty. All I needed was just to hand me the food that was already ready for pick up sitting right on the to go food line behind the desk. I decided to just grab it myself and leave and let them know my opinion of this service. The order was correct though so only reason it’s not 1 star.

This location consistently misses something in our order whether it’s the dressing for the salad, the side of quac, or today’s side of steak we ordered for our child. Also, the chips at Chipotle are one of my favorite treats. However, this location’s chips are consistently overcooked and it’s like they don’t apply any salt to the chips at all. Though this is the closest location for us, I’m not sure how much longer I’ll continue to go back. I’m somehow always disappointing in something.
