  We go to this place quite regularly and generally liked it but today was a disappointment. They didn't have our fav pudina parata so we ordered lacha parata which was frozen maida kerala parota heated up. Totally inexcusable for a punjabi restaurant to serve this. Even the tikka was quite ordinary compared to previous visits when it was quite good. We used to recommend this place to a lot of people but would really hesitate now.

  Very bad service, ordered food which didn't arrive for 30 mins. After asking twice they said it will take lot of time. Had to cancel the order and leave without eating. No customer service, not even an attempt to make them stay or offer food fast. Just it will take time nothing we can do. Very very bad customer service

  Very pathetic experience at this restaurant would not recommend anybody to waste their money here. They served us non veg Kulcha whereas we ordered vegetarian Kulcha. Inspite of verifying twice they told us its vegetarian. The service is terrible with new server Anil , Iqbal (wearing a yellow cap) being ill trained wonder how management works with no presence during rush hours showing complete lack of accountability. With 30 mins waiting and 45 mins waiting for food this is the kind of experience. Please dont waste your time energy and money on such restaurants that have such recklessness. Matter of fact this exact thing happened with a different table also speaks volumes of negligence and lack of seriousness towards customer service. Google needs to give a rating this place doesnt deserve a single star. Dont see why this restaurant after relocating at Vishnuji ki Rasoi place would survive more than couple of months.

  When Chandigarh Bites were in small place, they were BEST. We used to go for Thali in the older restaurant usually on Mondays but this time when we went to the newer one, every item in the thali looked Red (same masala) same taste. The authentic Punjabi taste was gone and looked as if someone who don’t understand Punjabi food has cooked that one. That same place had Marathi restaurant that started well but eventually shut down because of bad food taste. Let’s hope Chandigarh Bites doesnot repeat. For me, I will will avoid going there for sometime unless they post pictures of thali with different colors and be authentic.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chandigarh Bites is a hidden gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly captured the authentic taste of North Indian cuisine. As a vegetarian, I was impressed by the variety of options, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor and prepared with care. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and family-friendly. If you’re looking for delicious Indian food with great hospitality, Chandigarh Bites is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!
