  Very disappointed in our visit to this specific Sonic in Alice,Tx. Staff forgot to input our order from the drive thru and was very rude upon pulling up to window to pay. Made it seem like it was my fault they didnt input my order and then basically asked if I had even placed and order or just drove up to the window to pretend like I had ordered. Asked for extra ketchup and short/younger girl literally almost yelled at me saying there should be some in the bag. Drove around to pull into a stall to eat our dinner and to our surprise there was no ketchup or mustard. Got off my vehicle and opened the door that leads into their kitchen to ask for some condiments and I only put my head in and was immediately yelled at to get out and I didnt belong inside the building by the same short girl from earlier. Them the person in charge/manager calmly told her that he would handle the situation and proceeded to hand me ketchup and mustard and profusely apologized to me for what had just happened. After all that we ate our food which was another disappointment on its own. Tater tots tasted burned or like they used old oil, wife's coney dog made her sick when we got home. Very sad to see this place go down as bad as it has in the past few years. I usually have very good things to say on my reviews but I have to honest and true to what happend during our experience.

  I ordered there the app and when I got there my food came out fast and was very delicious

  The Sonic does not accept Sonic App orders. You can order on line, but you dont get any of the deals offered through the App like 1/2 price drinks or any on line specials.

  Food is typical of Sonic. The service at this location is better than most. The employees smile and genuinely appear to care about the customers.
