- MEMsrd EjAug 14, 20263.0Used to be 5stars ⭐ but with the way employees act now they've brought there location down to a 3. Employees that act like managers just because there in those dark polo shirts etc. Sure do like to show off & just stand there by check out lanes with there walky talkies like the short lady with the Spiked up hair style like as if she got electrocuted by lightning or something. For some reason she always is rude to customers because I've heard other customers speak about that lady. Then there's the brown man in bakery who acts like he's the manager for bakery when he ain't he always has attitude with customers to. There's some nice workers in the check out lane by the name of Ana, Gloria, (Cashiers) & also the nice lady who is charge of check out lanes by the name of Mari them 3HEB worker employees are very welcoming & helpful 5stars ⭐ to them. Other than that Corporate HEB should go monitor that Alice store location at a point & time maybe it'll teach alot of the workers to have respect for their customers
- EAErik AguilarJul 5, 20263.0Now H-E-B was a 5 until they rearranged almost everything,there's some isles that you can't even have two people walk down its too too narrow if you can't fit two carts down one aisle they are literally hitting each other you got to squeeze it through I don't know what they were thinking when they rearranged everything it's like they got the measurements wrong or something, they pretty much moved everything around the frozen food department is not where it used to be almost nothing is where it used to be so I would say about 75% of the store was moved around. So therefore I gave it a 3 ⭐

This is a very nice mid-sized HEB. I wish I lived closer. Note, I bought 24 packs. Im good for a while. Also, the lady in the greenhouse area was very helpful too.
