  We just almost $40 for all of our burgers to be wrong and barely slapped together. The fries are obviously old as they are cold and hard as rocks. We will no longer purchase food from this establishment. This is not the first time our order has been wrong but this is the last straw.

  Placed order today, 5th car in line. Wait time was 39 minutes and that was with a car leaving before getting to the window. Extremely slow service for over a month now. Ordered a plain cheeseburger with mustard, large fries, and sweet tea for my son. The employee at the drive through looks lost, when handing me the bag, he asked to check my food to make sure its right.... really? Of course it wasn't, no mustard. Patty was still slightly pink and the fries were cool, maybe luke warm at best and only filled halfway. Not sure whats going on with this location but its an absolute joke every single time. If there are more than 2-3 cars, do yourself a favor and go to Emory or Quitman. Faster service, friendlier people, and I guarantee you can drive to either and back quicker than waiting in Alba. The owner/or mgmt or both are a joke plain and simple. Worst Sonic I have ever wasted money at. 💯

  I went Friday night and I waited an hour for my food. While I was the only customer for the last 45 miners I waited. Our food was cold when I got home five minutes down the road, so I called this morning and agreed to have a remake. I go back today Saturday for the gm to be there and remake my food herself. For me to find this when I get home. She told me it’s the steamers timer but to me for it to be both hotdogs yea right! Oh and I worked at a sonic for over a year I know how the kitchen works!

  I ordered my food online I got a tropical smasher, fried, cherry slush with nerds, 2 double cheeseburgers, and a small mozzarella stick. When I got my food and drink at first it seemed fine, but when I took a sip out of my cherry slush it didn’t taste like cherry it tasted like they dont clean out the machine at all, and the slush was barley even red, and mainly a brown color. Then I went to go eat the smasher and the patties were at least a few hours old and if they weren’t then their grill must be disgusting plus the fries were definitely old. My brother had the doubles and he said they tasted weird. Never in my life have I had sonic this bad and Ik it was bad bc I work at a sonic myself and we have never let out food get that bad I honestly don’t know how yall pass y’all’s food safety audits but that food was absolutely horrific
