  Don’t order birthday cakes with pictures from here, my party was totally RUINED. I ordered a cake with a custom picture on it a week prior before my event and had it cancelled on the day of. DQ exchanged text messages with my dad saying how the cake was going to look and everything was confirmed. We ordered the cake a week before that, before canceling it and ordering it again for the next week (since we moved the date of the party). So really, they had a whole 2 weeks knowing about this cake, only for them to cancel the cake last minute?? They took a while even to come out and tell us how they never even worked on it in the first place. We showed them the text messages and they just gave us a birthday cake of the same flavor with a rushed “Happy Birthday”. I’m extremely disappointed with this service as they had plenty of time to even alert us beforehand.

  You need to update your online hours. I got there at 10pm on a weekend and was told that the store had closed and didn’t take my order. There were other cars in the drive thru behind me. Your online hours have you closing at 11.

  I just ordered food and noticed right away that the Blizzard was already dripping when I got it. The soda had also been spilling because it wasn’t properly closed. It feels like they rushed everything just to move the drive-thru line faster. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
