  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed by my experience. I found a hair that was cooked into my omelette. Since it was inside the omelette, I had no way of seeing it before I had already eaten part of the meal. When I brought it to the waiters attention, I was told they could only offer a 25% discount because we had already taken “a few bites” of the omelette. I completely understand that mistakes can happen in any kitchen. What upset me wasn’t just finding the hair, it was how the situation was handled. I left feeling embarrassed and humiliated, as though I was being blamed for having eaten part of a dish before discovering there was a hair cooked into it. I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected the restaurant to stand behind the quality of its food and handle the situation with a little more understanding and just give me a new omelette for full price . Unfortunately, the response left me feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

  Server touched our food with his bare hands. He brought food to our table and just started putting his finger on a plate of toast, I've never seen anything like this in any dining experience.

  The ambiance and service were good. However, I found a piece of plastic in my food, and the hash browns were hard and difficult to chew. I informed the staff about the plastic, but there was no apology or concern shown, just an “uhh hmm” response. Disappointing experience overall.

  What a DISASTER . I am here picking up my order and they don’t have it ready. They were not even aware of my order;They pretend nothing happened have me waiting for extra 20 minutes after I ordered 30 minutes ahead because I have an appointment. They had me my order and say nothing. I am opening my food and gave me something I didn’t order I am vegetarian and gave me meat on my Vegetable scramble. I walk back in and after abut her long wait they hand me something eggs that don’t match the description of the vegetable scramble some eggs with no cheese no tomatoes . Look at the disgusting food I was handed. After being patient

  My cousin and I had brunch here. We sat on the patio. The patio was well covered and had fans that actually produced a decent breeze. The food itself was good but I docked a star because the adult beverages weren’t. We ordered margaritas first and that was all orange juice. Ordered a frozen swirl and sangria next and those were better.
