My family and I walked in today, Thomas (tall guy with glasses) doesn’t greet he says “we don’t have any French bread” I say ok hello, hi, hey! He walks away goes back to making bread. Turns around a minute late and says are yall ready to order? We start ordering her barks “I can’t make that because we don’t have that bread” didn’t even allow us to say hey use the bread you have it’s fine. My whole family was stunned, children confused on the rudeness, and I say to him you didn’t even speak just started barking at what you didn’t have. He goes I’m the only one here.
With that being said management or ownership needs to step up and he needs some customer service training because you just lost easily $100 because of a rude employee.

I placed an order and even got a confirmation email. When I tried to track the order, my profile says there isn't one. They took my money but won't deliver the food or pick up at the location. No way to contact corporate. This is no way to run a business. Now I have to order something else from another company & go by the store on my way home to get my money back.

Having had three bad experiences, I decided to give this location one more chance. I was immediately greeted by Anna and let her know I would be waiting for a mobile order, since I arrived sooner than expected.
We had a brief conversation while she prepared our food, and I noticed she still made a point to greet every guest who walked in.
Anna delivered exceptional service. Her attention to detail set the tone, and honestly, more should follow her example (Just saying 🫡 ). 😊😊😊

Made a delivery order, for a big group, delivery was missing items. Called store for a refund only to be told that they do not and cannot refund individual items... whatever that means. So Jake the manager mentioned that they would take down my number and name and write down the items to then get them the next time I placed and order I asked how would that work? knowing i was being lied to. Made another order and then called to see if they would honor what I was told only to be told by the messenger that the manager that told me that isnt here and that their current manager doesnt remember that mind you they didnt wanna talk to me on the phone. Terrible customer service. and they still got some items on my most recent order wrong.
