Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Gloria’s. The service was horrible from beginning to end.Our waiter was extremely inattentive, and we constantly had to ask for refills and try to get his attention just to receive basic service. We were there for OVER AN HOUR before we were even able to order our entrées. We spoke with a manager about the poor service 3–4 different times, and somehow the issue was still never resolved or improved. What really bothered me was that after receiving such terrible service, we were STILL charged gratuity. I understand automatic gratuity policies, but it’s frustrating to be required to tip for service that was clearly not up to standard, especially after management had already been made aware of the problem multiple times. I left feeling like my business wasn’t valued or appreciated at all. I expected much better from Gloria’s, and unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning.

My beautiful sister Lexi and I went to another restaurant this morning for breakfast and it was horrible. We couldn’t finish our meal. So she told me about Gloria’s. So yes this is my first time here. Immediately when I walked through the front door, I was impressed with how classy it is. So I will be dressing a bit different next time I plan on coming lol. None the less I was treated with the utmost sweetest respect. ALEX was our waiter. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the services provided by the establishment. I enjoyed his bubbly and contagious personality. His professionalism was on 10 while keeping it fun. His manager was awesome also which I forgot to ask him his name but we like him too. This is definitely a spot that I can come have our business meetings at. The bathrooms and everything I can see are very clean and neat. The drinks are THEBOMB.COM lol. The food was waaaaaay better than the food we’d just thrown away. I give this location 10 stars. Hope everyone enjoys their time here.

I want to send a big shoutout to the server Ismael. I was sitting at the bar and he did an amazing job, he was kind, friendly and assertive in everything he did. This is totally the opposite type of service I receive from the bar manager name (William) on multiple occasions. Ismael really needs to be next line to be the manager, he truly understands customer service.

My service was horrible ! The food was good but Had to call a manager just to order food and a water ! The manager had to come to the table 3 times because the service was horrible. To add to the horrible service, they charged gratuity for a table of 4 for the waiter we asked to be replaced and was never replaced. It took forever to even order, even longer to get our food, and an even longer just for a cup of water. There should be no service to where I have to ask the manager for a glass of water ! Horrible service and when asked for a new waiter, they didn’t comply and the waiter ended receiving roughly a $60 tip for ABSOLUTELY Nothing ! Also, after we paid and left the waiter chased us outside for another copy of the receipt that was left on the table because he didn’t like the signature. The service we received was unacceptable as four young African American women !

We were a large group, all of us ordering 2 dinners, one to eat there and 1 to go. Branden Lee was our server. It was exceptional. Never needed to ask for a refill. As a plate was finished, immediately coming by to keep our table clear and clean. We had such a great time, really didn't think about leaving when we were done eating. There was a table by us with all of the to go bags. Brandon Lee made it a point each bag was marked so everyone left with the correct to go meal. Made an exceptional impression for many of us having never been there. The food is worth the visit. The service far exceeds any ones expectation. On a side note, my husband LOVED the Shrimp Chili Rellano. I had the chicken door cream enchiladas, fantastic and really great prices when is hard to eat out with a family of 4.
