Hoy fui a recoger un pedido, el cual debería estar listo y no, no estaba dejaron a la Sra sola trabajando nadie la ayudó que mal personal tienen y demoran una barbaridad
Insanely slow, took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. Couldn't even drink my iced latte had to throw it out, tasted so bitter.
My bagel with cream cheese was good.
The problem was my vanilla latte. I ordered my drink but the lady who was supposed to be making the drinks was mopping the floors when she was told to make my drink, she didn’t wash her hands, she grabbed the empty cup and made my drink. She also made another woman’s drink without washing her hands. She had the other woman’s order ready to go and the woman who was in the store less than 5 mins left despite the fact, that i was waiting for more than 8 mins.
I threw my drink away because i prefer my drink to be made without the same person cleaning the floors at the same time.
There was argument with the person making the drinks and the others making the food and how many orders and people waiting, i observed that there was maybe about less than 10 people in the store.
I will not return to this store location unless hygiene improves and there is a proper waiting period for customers who come first.

Slow service, incorrect order, filthy work area.
I’ve come to this Einstein’s for years and it just keeps going downhill. Today, we were in the drive through and it took 12 minutes just to order, after waiting 7 minutes for the car in front to order. Then another 11 minutes to get to the window. I ordered 6 bagels and strawberry shmear. Got plain instead. While waiting for the order, I could see the coffee station and the milk was sitting out, the equipment was filthy, and the counters had trash on them. This place is in severe need of new management. Will avoid this location from now on. I’ve given it too many chances.

I've been waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes for a bagel with butter. I was the only one in line, with 2 customers inside. I also gave a tip, thinking the service would be better than the last time I was here but NO!!
