    Already having a bad day and then get handed a cup of milk instead of coffee. This does not look right for the golden eagle, I love this drink from other locations.

    This is the only location where they my coffee right I'm being trying different locations like trinity mill, grapevine and they don't make my coffee right Thank you marsh lane location for you great effort

    # Google Review I absolutely LOVE the Dutch Bros on Marsh Lane in Addison! I’m a regular—sometimes I’m there twice a day—and my go-to order is a Picture Perfect No Whip Freeze. I’ve never had a complaint about my drinks, but honestly, what keeps me coming back even more than the drinks is the AMAZING team at this location. From the baristas outside taking orders to everyone working inside, this is one of the most positive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming groups of young people I’ve encountered in the restaurant/service industry in a very long time. I’ve actually gotten to know quite a few of them over my many visits, and it’s always great seeing familiar faces. I hate seeing one of them leave, but I’m also happy to congratulate them when they graduate and move on to college or another exciting opportunity. That says a lot about the kind of people this store attracts and the environment they’ve created. I especially want to give a HUGE shout-out to Maddy, one of the leads. She is absolutely awesome! She’s always moving—cleaning, helping on the line, training others, jumping in wherever she’s needed—and she does it all with such a positive attitude. She is truly the absolute best and a great example of what excellent leadership looks like. And Fernando, the new lead, has come in and fit right in with the team. It’s obvious that this entire crew works together and genuinely cares about the customers and each other. I’ve been to several Dutch Bros locations, and I can honestly say that not all stores have a team like this one. This particular crew deserves some serious recognition. The drinks are consistently great, but the people are what make this location special. To the entire Dutch Bros Marsh Lane team: THANK YOU for always being so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. You guys make every visit better, and I’m happy to keep coming back—sometimes twice a day! If Dutch Bros management is reading this, please know that you have something really special going on at this location. Take care of this team—they’re worth it!

    I tried to call to let them know items were left off my order and it is impossible to get to a live person. I am quite upset. This is the second time this happened at a location

    We just visited today and met EJ, she's super amazing! This dutch is usually the one me and my husband visit but today was better than usual. She was sweet, patient, funny, and had a bunch of knowledge of the menu~ will be back just to visit her
