  Rude snotty attitudes that work here pretty typical of dallas! Came in on cinco de mayo and asked for the free chips and guacamole and queso and they told me it’s only through an online order. I told her I had just picked up my order to go and she still said sorry can’t do anything. Won’t return to this corporation and better train your staff because their attitudes won’t get them far.

  Came to this location for the first time and I can say they serve the stingiest amount of protein I asked for double chicken and got a very small amount of chicken but a huge portion of rice really need to work on their portions here also it was 9pm store closes at 11 and when we walked in the kitchen had loud music and was cleaning up already

  Never ever mobile order from here. Seriously. Just don’t do it. Always order in person! I checked my mobile order and they forgot to add the chips I paid for. Good thing I checked before leaving. They also forgot to add a side I requested for the quesadilla. In person ordering is a much better experience and highly positive. Mobile ordering is a joke!

  lol the reviews are spot on, customer service is horrible. Whoever the girl was working the front around 10:00 tonight (4/18) needs a training on how to properly treat customers. When she asked if I wanted crispy or soft tacos and I said soft, she subtly rolled her eyes and let out a quiet sigh. Then while the tortillas were heating up, she just stood there staring at me with a straight face 😂 It only got worse from there. I didn’t even get to finish telling her what I wanted on my tacos before the guy at the register interrupted me the first time to ask if that was all for me. I was literally mid-sentence. Before I could even respond or finish ordering, he interrupted me again to tell me my total while I was STILL trying to explain what I wanted on my tacos. So now I’m stuck trying to answer him while also trying to finish my order at the same time because apparently nobody could wait two seconds. I had to literally stop and say, “I was going to add a drink if you just give me one second,” Once the girl packed my food, she looked at me, very obviously fake smiled and immediately dropped her smile to a straight face 😂😂 I understand there are closing duties, I’m not oblivious to that, but rushing customers, cutting them off, and acting annoyed a full hour before closing is ridiculous I can confidently say this is the worst chipotle :)

  I had a disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Addison today. When I walked in, I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. I understand employees can be busy, but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. When it was my turn, the employee preparing my bowl seemed disengaged. She almost gave me the wrong rice. I was just thinking she was new and learning. What stood out the most was the difference in how the next customer was treated—they were greeted immediately and given a much more attentive experience. I also asked the cashier for the employee’s name to provide feedback, but he refused to share it and quickly dismissed me. They he dismissed me made me think that this is NORMAL behavior for this location. I chose to complete my purchase because I hadn’t eaten and didn’t have time to go elsewhere, but overall the experience felt dismissive and inconsistent. I hope management can address this and ensure all customers are treated with the same level of respect and service.
