  This is the second time I’ve ate at this chipotle since I’ve moved to the area recently and the first time was not very good it didn't taste as good and put small portions of everything but I told myself maybe it just wasn’t a good day but I wanted to give it another shot and see if it would be better so I went again, it was portion better but the food did not hit like other chipotle locations I’ve tried and I never change my order, been getting the same thing for 6 years . So I’m definitely not going to this one again and will have to drive further to go to a different location I know is good considering how pricey chipotle is I’m not going to spend another penny for chipotle that won’t hit the spot!

  I’m new to the area, and unfortunately, my experience at this Chipotle location has been extremely disappointing. The first time I ordered from this location, I wasn’t impressed with the food at all. I assumed maybe it was just an off day, so I decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. The ingredients in my bowl did not taste fresh and the Honey Chipotle Chicken was poorly cooked. My husband ordered a steak bowl and eventually stopped eating it because he said that he was going to take it back tomorrow. I tried to eat my bowl because I didn’t have any other dinner plans, but I couldn’t even finish half of it. I’ve eaten at Chipotle many times and have never experienced this level of inconsistency. This food honestly doesn’t taste like it came from the same restaurant or reflect the quality I normally associate with the Chipotle brand. I do want to clarify that both of my experiences with this location have been through Uber Eats, so I haven’t personally been inside the restaurant to see how the food is being prepared or handled. However, based on the quality of what was delivered, I won’t be ordering from this location again. It’s safe to say that I’ll be driving farther out of my way from now on to get Chipotle that is consistent with the quality I’m accustomed to.

  The workers here are miserable. Please quit ur job if ur unhappy. I come in here at least once a week to get my baby a quesadilla and it’s never the same quality or customer service. When they feel like it they’ll just undercook/overcook the quesadilla or veggies, and skimp on protein. Today, they gave me a quesadilla that was undercooked; the cheese wasn’t melted and tortilla was hardly cooked. They weren’t busy at all. Another time, they forgot about my quesadilla for a long time under the comal and still gave it to me that way when I got home and opened it, it was hard as a rock. And it’s always this annoyed look on their faces. I don’t even buy anything for myself just my child. What is wrong with these workers? Why are they so angry with strangers and children? The job market is terrible, I’d be thankful to have a job. I always come back and try not to take it seriously because everyone has their own things going on in life but from the looks of the reviews, everyone else is also experiencing this. I’ll have to start going to another location.

  This Chipotle location is not what it once was like 3-5 years ago. The quality of food is not what it used be + the nickel and dime on little things like asking for a spoonful of guacamole on a taco. They charge full price! Prices are getting outrageous. Hopefully if anything the quality of their food gets better- less fat on their chicken so we don’t chew that and spit it out. It’s tough..

  This location has been my go-to chipotle and I’ve never seen them this bad. They took FOREVER to get my online order. Supposed to be ready at 6:30 and I didn’t get it till 7:15. They weren’t busy at all so they must have been understaffed. Also, why do they do big regular quesadillas only online at only this location? Every other chipotle I’ve been to can do quesadillas in store, and it’s very inconvenient. I mean, if you can do a burrito in store, then why can’t you do a quesadilla? It’s the same tortilla?! And to top it off, they got my order wrong. Forgot to add the sides I explicitly paid for.
