It was so fresh and good I decided to do a mobile order at this location to try again for dinner. It didn’t have much cheese on the sandwich & it tastes like they forgot to include the honey sauce. This was such a disappointment. The Addison location has definitely got worst since they relocated across the street from the old location. On top of my order being disappointing ordering on the app is supposed to be more convenient. In the mobile order line I got my food before the car ahead of me. They had 2 people taking orders in one lane & only one employee passing out food. How does that even make sense? I hope this location is taking their reviews serious. Obviously Im not the only one who has had a bad experience.

Unfortunately, today’s experience made it clear that it will also be my last visit. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not judged. While I was inside, I purchased an orange juice and granola because I had forgot it ar home for my homemade parfait. I also grabbed a single plastic spoon. Apparently, that warranted a full-scale investigation. Two employees start speaking about me in Spanish under their breath, seemingly assuming no one around them would understand. Unfortunately for them, I did. Hearing myself referred to with a slur and being talked about over a plastic spoon was both insulting and completely unnecessary. I chose not to react because not every moment deserves a confrontation, but that doesn’t make the behavior acceptable. What surprised me even more was watching one of the employees come outside to see what vehicle I got into, as if I had just committed the “Crime of the Century.” I genuinely didn’t realize Chick-fil-A had upgraded to airport, level security over disposable utensils. I guess they felt like 'TOP FLIGHT SECURITY OF THE WORLD' It was a plastic spoon, not gold, not silver, not a family heirloom. And considering I had just made a purchase, I’m still struggling to understand why this became such a concern. The issue isn’t the spoon. It’s the assumption. It’s the disrespect. It’s feeling profiled, mocked, and monitored over something so insignificant. I’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but no convenience is worth feeling humiliated while spending my own money. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are spoken about and treated, regardless of what language is being used. Respect should never require translation.
- ZPZamantha PonceJun 20, 20261.0So disappointed in today's experience, Angel was very helpful, polite and helpful while taking my order every thing took a turn when I pulled up to the sliding doors and was waiting over what felt like 10-min on my order just to get it wrong and Incomplete, I attempted to get the Introverted lady's attention who handed me my order on 4 occasions just to have her ignore me , I walked in just to see 4 employees standing over the counter and not 1 great or acknowledge me ,DEFINITELY NO CFA CULTURE been implemented on this location what so ever, the shift leader attempted to make up for it by giving 1 biscuit gift car when my order was significant to almost $14 . I attempted to enjoy my fries while driving put of the parking lot just to find out that are satellite and cold .
