  I just moved over to this side of town third time I've been to Sonic and third time I've had cold soggy tater tots I don't even think three stars is Fair I probably should have gave two.

  I live right down the street and usually come by after work to grab a quick bite on my way home and today I wanted to try the NEW tropical slush with the tropical heat smash burger and they said they can’t make the slush bc the ice cream machine was broken? For a slush??? Sounds like a McDonalds excuse bc employees don’t want to clean a certain machine so I just ended up leaving bc what’s the point, not the first problem at this sonic before I’ve gotten no onions on a chili dog I paid for extra onions I have gotten burnt smash burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches I ask for extra mayo come with one little drop but a extra handful of lettuce so I’m done eating there and spending all the money I do just to be disappointed I’d rather just drive a little farther to spend my money

  Ive never had a problem with the quality of the food and the service is usually okay, but for the love of God please please either get some lids that fit and put them on properly or don't put ice cream lids on slushes. This is the second time I've had to wear my pants like this at work because the lid popped off when I tried to pick up the cup, and I was being careful this time, as it isn't the first time this has happened. I would have asked for a different lid as soon as I saw what kind it was but as I was running late already I thought it would be ok if I was careful. Sadly, this was not the case and now im stuck for 9 hours wearing these wet jeans and a god portion of the slush I spent 5 bucks on is in the seat of my car/jean pockets.
