Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TVThelma Vega5 days ago1.0Abilene is currently experiencing blackouts because of storms which means folks without electricity are looking to find food elsewhere. This location was telling folks going through the drive through they needed to go inside to order because their drive thru system was not working. Yet those communications where being shared through the drive thru. I called and spoke to the manager and told her if your people can communicate with you through the drive thru why can't you take their order and process through your regular system? Because of this issue many customers where just going to surrounding fast food restaurants for their meals! Makes no sense to miss out on sales!

Drive-thru takes forever to get through. Not uncommon to take close to 30 minutes to get through the line. I get the same meal every time. The price is never the same.

Sat there waiting for awhile for food only for it to be given to someone else because they claimed it was their order. This restaurant needs to train their night crew to look for table tent numbers instead of just taking a customer's word that it's their order. I will say the manager did right and refunded my order and was very apologetic over the situation.
- SGSamuel GarciaJun 25, 20265.0I hate to Bosch Whataburger I travel a lot and I like it I love Whataburger but today was the worst experience ever in Abilene Texas. Off of I-20! All I wanted was a grilled chicken sandwich. I stood in the Drive-Thru for a whole hour. I stood on the speaker box for someone to answer me for 25 minutes and I couldn't move because it was bumper to bumper the worst experience ever at that Whataburger I will never step foot in that Whataburger again very very sad.

In over 20 mins, only 3 orders came out to the dining room. They definitely put emphasis on orders through drive through. Men's room ttrash was overflowing. Not sure about food quality, yet..... Well, came out cold fries, old patties and not right. Refused and refunded.
