Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MKMarie Krogh1 day ago1.0Thank God for Corporate. I had a complaint about my food and called to talk to a manager. His name was Carson, he said if i came back up there he would remake it as seeing how it was made wrong. Well...when we got there he was combative, non courteous and almost took offense to the fact that the burger was made wrong. He took all the credit for making the burger and said that he had made the burger right and refused to remake it. We even told him we could bring back the other burger he made wrong and he refused. It was just startling because we had just came through the drive thru a couple days ago with the same order and the burger was actually good and made right. I'm not sure what happened but this customer service was the worst I've experienced and it was literally only a whataburger Jr

I waited 45 minutes on a online order that said was done and I waited that whole time and when I went in they refused to help me with a refund and said I’m not the only one there and refused to give my food so I left. Also worth mentioning the drive through line never moved once in 45 minutes either, a bunch of little kids in the back not working. This happened between 9:00 pm and 9:45 pm. I’m calling corporate tomorrow and taking this as high as it will go, never come here if you are actually wanting to get your food that you PRE PAYED for !!!! Terrible buisness will never eat at a whataburger again in my life.

I always enjoy meeting and greeting all the beautiful folks of Abilene. Thanks Whataburger for your exceptional customer service. I'm looking forward to returning again real soon.
