  It's as if they deliberately choose to give you the opposite of what you order. Ask for lite ice, they give you extra ice. As for spicy ketchup, they give you regular. Ask for no Honey on the sandwich, they give you extra.

  So the staff at the East 80 location, man y'all need to get with the moto, " do better". Last night we went for dinner and on my order I said no tomatoes. That does not mean No Veggies, that simply means NO TOMATOES 🍅!. Why that had to be repeated 3xs is beyond my comprehension. Then we got told to pull to the side of course, Chicken takes longer I get it but, nobody asked if we wanted any condiments. So when they brought the food out we asked for regular ketchup and spicy. That sure seemed to piss the guy off, we said " sorry about that " no response. When he came back we said " thank you and have a nice evening" no response just walked off. If you don't like your job go find another one and make room for someone that does enjoy flipping burgers!!....the chicken salad, that took so long to prepare, was not good either. The chicken got eaten but the rest got tossed in the trash. " DO BETTER " It's actually not that hard.

  I ordered my curbside pickup over half an hour ago and im still waiting on them to bring it out. Don't order curbside just take the drive through.

  Had to wait over 30 min in the drive-thru lane for 2 breakfast items. They told us to pull forward and our order never came. We had to go inside after 20 min and they didn’t have our order ticket, they said our ticket was lost. They had to of cancelled it from their digital ticket system.

  Usually we have no big issues with this place. Today was different. My complaint has to do with two things 1. They forgot my extra sauce, again. Always happens. Every. Single. Time. 2. And this is a big one. We did curbside. The kid that handed me my food and drinks had gloves on. They were SOAKING wet gloves. Then I noticed that ALL of my bags had WET hand prints all on them. The straw he handed me, was so wet that the paper had almost dissolved. I don't know if it was water, soda, grease, or maybe he was wiping down tables before he ran out food out. He just handed my stuff and walked off. I would've gone inside to get my sauce and straws, but with two hungry and crying kids in the backseat, it was easiest to just leave.
