  Ordered online my order was completely messed up I called this morning got a rude what do u need on the other end of the phone from the manager I ordered online I’ve literally only had mess ups from this store an instead of oh “I’m srry let me fix that “it was “I’ll call the owner see what she wants to do “an I was like ohh ok do I call back… an I got a “probably” ok when do I call back “I guess 3” will see if they fix they’re mistake if so I’ll take this down I managed for years at subway in Indiana we ran by the book this store I can say for sure does not an has been a bad experience every single time first time. I’ve complained cuz it was terrible an I was dealt with complete rudeness an no resolve I see almost nothing but bad reviews they need to fix something at this store bad part they’ve messed up literally like six times that I’ve had to go to this location and this is my first time complaining, and it was dealt with complete rudeness

  I eat at Subway all of the time this Subway on Southwest Drive has to be the worst Subway in the entire world. They never cut their sandwiches even when you toast them the bread is as hard as I’ll get out but your meatballs are always ice. Cold went back in to have it remade only for them to not cut it again right in front of my face absolutely just flat out not meeting the basic requirements to be a Subway. straight incompetence

  Old food was left all over at the food countertop.Tables were dirty.Also , the portions of the food seems smaller than from other subways.

  This was sad. Ordered a protein bowl and got none of my chicken. Ordered a meatball sub with stale toasted bread. Called got a policy that I guess is "we got your food wrong, but we dont care." I usually order through door dash, but went through the website. I wont be doing either, and probably at none of the locations in fear its the same terrible owner.

  Order was delivered and protein bowl was missing the protein and the sandwiches bread was hard as a rock. The franchise owner is rude and doesn't care to come to any resolution. No wonder this place has went to trash, its starts from the top down
