  I was told that I had ketchup and marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks and nothing. She lied. The other day the chicken bites were hard and overcooked. There is too many other places to go. Thanks for the bad service.

  If I could rate lower I would all times I've been to this location have all been the worst bad service food was mediocre and the late night staff was rude and dismissive not great experiences🫤

  Genuinely the worst experience of my life at any food place fast food, or not. Last night at 9:30 me and my girlfriend pulled up to spot 13 where we sat and waited 20 minutes after pressing the red button more than 5 times. The call was answered all 5 times, we spoke very loudly to get the person answering the calls attention but each one was ended shortly with no response. We thought it could be broken, so we pulled to the drive through to get an order. When we pulled up we were then told the drive through was broken? Weird but we were directed to spot 23. Before pulling ahead we mentioned the problem on spot 13 and how it could be broken. The lady on the drive through speaker seemed a bit odd and dismissive about it. We pulled up to spot 23 pressed the button and waited ANOTHER 15 minutes after pressing the button. No one ever answered the calls, but a lady with red hair and claiming to be pregnant walked over just to immediately give both of us attitude saying “Just press the button!”. After I showed her we did press the button she scoffed rolled her eyes and said “ugh what do you want then?” Then “please just hurry up we have people waiting in drive through.” I questioned how are people in the drive through if it’s broken? And she smiled and looked away to tell me that “yeah it is but I just let them through” I then mentioned the problem on spot 13 and she immediately admitted to her answer it and then hanging up on us. She then said “yeah that was me to be honest, I was just kind of mad and didn’t want to talk to you.” Then she blamed to microphone on the board because it’s old and she can’t hear us. I asked why not just tell us it will be a wait, and she responded with “that’s a good idea but this is just a sonic” my girlfriend ended up placing a pick up order while the lady was at the window and when the lady saw the order she huffed and said “fine I guess I’ll go make it.” We would finally be getting just 4 drinks because that’s all we ordered… super simple. Then we got our drinks and one of them had literally zero ice. The lady was plain rude and being snappy for no reason. I get bad days in food service, because I also work food service, but she seemed like she took it out on us personally because every other person there in that parking lot was being served and greeted fairly fast. Hope this place does better because I feel like we just paid to get walked over and disregarded.

  Saturday..8/29/26 @ 8:30 pm. Sonic on nth 1st in Abilene Texas..Just drove up to the drive thru and its monitor is broken, drove up to the window to place an order, a woman with dark cheap hair dye in a box red hair that looked like a young boy is yelling and complaining inside by the window as we drove up then she flings the window open and says "what do you want" then said "no ice cream, no ice, no bags of ice, so what do you want!" Rude and nasty!! Hopefully she was not managing this Sonic!!

  Walked up place my order & out came the most exceptional customer service girl to hand me my order. Thanks Sonic Drive-In you never disappoint me and your incredible team is taking customer service to a whole new level. You folks keep holding up your light it's a beautiful light.
