  I order from here very often because of how close I live I get drinks almost daily and food often, but I ordered food for me and my family from there today 9/5/26, when my wife was there getting the food they completely forgot my daughter's drink, I literally live like five blocks from here by the time my wife got to the house the tater tots were cold. You can tell they've been sitting there. The burger was made sloppily and had old mushy tomatoes that tasted rotten, but I got the burger and the tater tot situation fixed, but then a little while later I'm drinking my drink. I ordered a route 44 Cherry limeade with extra cherry fruit and extra lime fruit. I get to the bottom of my cup and wouldn't you know it? There's not a single piece of fruit at all so I don't know who y'all are hiring to work up there or what the hell they were doing today, but it sure wasn't their job. Quite frankly, it makes me want to start using another Sonic location or just avoid Sonic all together, if they can't read what is on their screen and on the receipt and keep messing up orders. What's the point of even going there? It's costing you lost money when they have to fix their mistakes, and then it also leaves a bad taste in people's mouth when they can't get their job done correctly and it ain't even that busy up there. There was literally like four cars and they still messed up my order twice because even after I got my burger and I specifically told the manager that I wanted mustard no mayonnaise no ketchup. I got home went to go eat my burger. Guess what? Mayonnaise and ketchup. No mustard so needless to say, I'm not very pleased with my experience with Sonic today. You might want to look a little more into your staff and how they're doing their job

  The experience I had today on this Sonic was terrible. Since I arrived at the drive-thru, the service was very bad. The employee had the music so loud that she couldn't even hear my order well. On several occasions he stopped responding for a long time, as if I had forgotten, and the communication was very frustrating. When they finally gave me the order, I was wrong. In addition, the food was poorly prepared and they even gave me the wrong change. Basically, everything went wrong from start to finish. I paid for an order that I didn't receive as I asked and I ended up leaving very upset. I hope you check what happened, because this type of service leaves a very bad impression and definitely makes you think twice about going back.

  Tee is always awesome and so kind! Always smiling, always nice. I have been going to this location for awhile and part of it is because I know I’m always going to get a smiling face and great service.

  I got the tropical heat smasher ..!! Andddd oweeee the flavor 10/10 the temperature. Seasoning and all is on point wow this burger is so good thanks yall the staff and team are amazing love it!! I will be back soon . 💯🤞
