  We couldn’t finish our order because they cut us off when we tried to order a medium shake. They claimed they didn’t have any, but then gave us two medium shakes instead. We tried ordering a small shake, but they cut us off again. To make matters worse, we waited 40 minutes for a shake. Overall, this location is a one-star experience. I don’t recommend coming here.

  I have been to this location a couple of times in the past but I have been coming to this location a lot now because I stop by here to get some food on the way to work and it seems that the service and the quality of food is getting worse the more times I come here. Sometimes it takes a long time to get my food when there is hardly any customers there. I usually order a corn dog and a chili cheese coney and a small sonic blast. Sometimes the corn dog is not cooked all the way and still frozen in the middle and the sonic blast is brought to me practically melted and runny worse than a milkshake. I also order a pretzel twist with the cheese dip and sometimes they forget that and when I asked the car hop to bring me one it seems that they get an attitude and it's an inconvenience to them. I was just at this store this evening when I ordered a sonic blast and a corn dog and a pretzel twist and the sonic blast was melted again and I didn't receive my cheese dip for my pretzel twist and when I asked for it. The girl seemed to have gotten upset and asked in a rude way if I still need a straw and a spoon or not? That upset me and I will not be returning back to that location again.

  Corn dogs had been sitting in grease for awhile. When carhop brought fresh corndogs out, I handed her the old ones. She refused to take them and said I could throw them away at end of lot. After I called out the manager to report this entire cluster of a bad experience he just blank-faced stated at me, no concern about the old food or poor customer service. I won't be back since the problem trickles down from the management.

  Ordered a burger: paid extra for bacon- no bacon, asked for no onions- onions. Bun was this bizarre soggy texture which was shared by the soft pretzels I ordered. It's hard to put to words exactly what was wrong with their bread products, but the bun and pretzel were just.... violatingly moist. Wouldn't recommend feeding this food to your worst enemy. Never again returning.
