  No one ever answers to take your order. Always have to press the button several times and even then the general service from this place is crap.

  I waited here for at least 10 minutes. I pushed the red button 3 times and no response, and it wasn't even crowded. Just a big waste of time, don't come here. 👎

  Young adults outside at the courtyard laughing, families at the park, food was hot. And they actually listen when you say EXTRA CHEESEY TOTS!

  We waited over 45 minutes for our drinks. After moving to another drive-in bay, we still couldn’t get anyone to respond, even after pressing the red button more than eight times. While waiting, we could see through the window that several employees were drinking Sonic drinks and appeared to be arguing with one another instead of assisting customers. The lack of communication and service was extremely disappointing.
