  Manager is nice in person but don't call up ther with a complaint about delivered food cuz her true side comes out! She was very rude and disrespectful n we got told the issue isn't with them, its the delivery pepls issues. How can wrong food and not everything being delivered be the delivery drivers fault? They don't make the food and they don't decide wat food gets pikd up for the orders, that's on the food preps n managers shoulders to make sure food is made properly and everything is with the order that belongs with it to be delivered! Take Responsibility For Your Mistakes Instead of Blaming The Delivery Drivers Pickn Up The Orders! For crying out loud, I managed fast food restaurants wen I was able to work n I know orders are given to the delivery drivers or set on a counter with customer information for them to pick up! We may or may not eat at this location! Had 3 deliveries wrong n the 3rd times the charm for me! Customers keep the business running so step up, be responsible n respectful so Sonic don't lose more Customers n end up hav to shut this location down!

  The store partner was extremely rude she came out with a smile and high pitched voice to argue and be condescending! Compared Sonic to walmart, kept talking over us, said she refunded our 3.99 shake but actually only refunded us .09 then when I called she was acting as if her horrible customer service was non existent and said she’s the partner and the highest to communicate with. The vanilla shake in our $30 order was disgusting , we asked if we could get a different flavor she said anything above vanilla is .89 more and didn’t even offer us to pay the remainder she only wanted to refund us. Also said can you bring something back to walmart cause you didn’t like it and get something else?! You literally can if you needed to, but she works in food and at a restaurant you could in fact change out something that’s unfitting. we get to our burgers they’re colder than the other shakes we ordered and at that point we just went to McDonald’s to grab food cause this girl was arguing again on the phone instead of trying to hear out the problem! Oh yeah and the carhop who came out before her to see what the issue was rolled her eyes at us, proceeded inside to send out the partner as if we offended her, all we asked was if it was possible then ms big and bad partner came out instantly with the walmart comment! If you want a business to fail I surely feel they are successful in that area! Idk why she came out acting as if we were trying to rip them off for .89 is crazy and I left my number with this girl hopefully her boss will reach out and maybe you know care about a business she clearly doesn’t ! I’m not to hopeful for a phone call since she claimed to be the highest in the company to communicate with! A tip for you baby girl is work with integrity, listen and engage , otherwise everyone is going to fail cause of your ignorance! She sure gave us the pickle!

  I'm not a huge fan of the food but I love stopping in for drinks! It's almost a daily thing for me. The choices seem endless!
