  Passing through town and ordered through the app. It said it would be ready @8:24. Walked in at 823. Walked out at 825. On the road again! 🎶🎵🎶 Thanks for dinner!

  Last time we had Pizza Hut it was awful. This time everything was perfect 👌 We got delivery both times.😊👌💖

  I had a very concerning experience with my recent Pizza Hut delivery. The person who delivered the food appeared extremely unclean and was not wearing any type of Pizza Hut uniform. At first I tried not to judge, because I understand that people can have long days, but when you work in food service there should be a basic expectation of cleanliness and proper identification as an employee. Unfortunately, after eating the food, I became very sick and experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. What made the situation even worse is that I was already at the hospital attending to my husband at the time. I also deal with an extensive health condition, so adding food poisoning on top of that made an already difficult situation much worse. I truly regret not taking a photo of the delivery driver because I’m not trying to unfairly accuse anyone. However, this experience left me very concerned about food safety and whether the person delivering the food was properly representing the company. Food service workers should present themselves cleanly and wear a uniform if the company requires one. I hope Pizza Hut takes these concerns seriously and looks into their delivery standards so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

  I don't eat pizza often mostly because it's hard to find good pizza in Abilene, Tx, but I got a pepperoni pizza from yall tonight and you hit it out of the park. Great job.

  My experience was at a drive-thru Pizza Hut in Abilene, Texas on 24 Hospital Dr. This was on a Sunday 9/13/22, no visible customers parked outside and nobody in the drive-thru. The drive-thru windows are blacked out. Nobody acknowledged the drive through window, so I honked my horn for service. The General Manager answered aggressively, "Did you just Honk your horn?! That's so RUDE!" and proceeded to tell me I'm lucky I paid for my pizza. My question to Pizza Hut is this the customer service skills taught at your stores? Please train your employees properly on how to handle customer service in a drive-thru. Customers should be acknowledged, lighten those windows the customers can't visibly see if anyone is in there and/or put a bell so we can hear at the window. Paying customers should not be treated in such a matter especially by a self pro-claimed "General Manager"!
